Sexual violence and child abuse have become serious and widespread issues in school and adolescen... more Sexual violence and child abuse have become serious and widespread issues in school and adolescent environments. This phenomenon has physical, psychological, sexual, and social impacts on the victims. Involvement of the government, society, and educational institutions, as well as legal efforts and socialization, is crucial in preventing and addressing this issue. The main objective of this community service is to provide awareness about protection and create a sense of security for children, while also striving to enhance the role of families through socialization conducted by educational institutions. The method employed in this event is through face-to-face socialization by introducing the basic legal concepts used by the government to prohibit "mudik" (homecoming travel). Based on Law No. 7 of 2011 on Currency or cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin cannot be considered as legal tender in Indonesia. Purpose. Perkembangan hukum perjanjian melahirkan asas baru yaitu asas keseimbangan yang menyatakan bahwa ... more Perkembangan hukum perjanjian melahirkan asas baru yaitu asas keseimbangan yang menyatakan bahwa suatu perjanjian mengikat sepanjang dilandasi keseimbangan kepentingan di antara para pihak. Pada umumnya untuk menilai kekuatan mengikat perjanjian didasarkan atas syarat sahnya perjanjian. Munculnya asas keseimbangan kemudian menimbulkan permasalahan yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penulisan hukum ini. Meskipun tidak terdapat ketentuan yang mengatur berlakunya asas keseimbangan dalam hukum perjanjian Indonesia, namun penerapan asas keseimbangan secara tidak langsung terdapat dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Ditekankannya kesepakatan, pelaksanaan dengan itikad baik serta terikatnya perjanjian dengan kepatutan, kebiasaan dan undang-undang menunjukkan bahwa dalam suatu perjanjian sebaiknya ada keseimbangan di antara para pihak sehingga menciptakan rasa keadilan.
