This research consist of independent variable that is Spiritual Capital, variable of mediation is Employee Performance and dependent variable that is Competitive Advantage. This study aims to determine how much influence partially Spiritual Capital against Competitive Advantages through Employee Performance PT. Mekar Prana Indah either directly or indirectly. The number of samples is 111 respondents by using simple random sampling technique. Hypothesis test is done by path analysis method followed by doing sobel test to see whether employee performance variable is able to mediate the relationship between Spiritual Capital free variable with dependent variable of Competitive Advantage based on correlation analysis and regression that has been done before. The result of hypothesis test on sub-structure 1 is known that partially, Spiritual Capital has positive and significant effect to Employee Performance as evidenced by seeing t value (3400) bigger than t table (1984) and correlation coefficient equal 0,310 or equivalent to 9,6% with significance of 0.001. Meanwhile, the result of hypothesis test on sub-structure 2 that partially Spiritual Capital and Employee Performance have positive and significant influence to Competitive Advantage with each value equal 0,280 or equivalent to 7,8% with significance 0,001 and 0,620 or equivalent to 38.44% with a significance of 0.000. Furthermore, the indirect influence of Spiritual Capital against the competitive advantage of 19.22% is obtained from the multiplication of Spiritual Capital correlation value (0.310) with the correlation value of Employee Performance (0.620). In some tests that have been done, finally came to the conclusion that partially and directly Spiritual Capital and Employee Performance able to influence Competitive Advantage of 46.24% while 53.76% influenced other variables that do not enter into this research.
