The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the impact of the use of information and communication technology on the development of early childhood religious and moral values. The results of this study indicate that the use of ICT has a positive and negative impact, especially the psychological impact on children's development. In addition, the use of ICT, if it can be used wisely, can lead to a) the right to education through the use of ICT under parental supervision, b) the role of parents in education, supervision, and control of children in the use of ICT, c) facilitate parents and children in learning and communication, d) can grow aspects of child development comprehensively, e) as a media for children to learn characters in a game/video, f) helping children listen to murotal or g) as a reminder (alarm) when worshiping/doing essential activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran busy book untuk meningkatkan kognitif a... more Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran busy book untuk meningkatkan kognitif anak tunarungu di TKLB YPPALB Putra Mandiri Kota Magelang. Dengan subjek uji coba berjumlah 6 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli media, dan angket tanggapan guru kelas. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran busy book dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi prosedur pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall yaitu : 1) penelitian awal dan pengumpulan informasi, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan media, 4) uji coba media, 5) revisi produk, 6) uji coba pre-test (uji coba lapangan awal), 7) uji coba post test (tahap I dan tahap II), dan 8) produksi masal. Hasil validasi ahli materi dengan jumlah nilai (103 : 110) x 100 = 93,6 dengan kategori "sangat layak". Hasil validasi ahli media dengan jumlah nilai (113 : 130) x 100 = 87 dengan kategori "layak". Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran busy book untuk meningkatkan kognitf anak tunarungu dapat dikatakan "layak" digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di TKLB YPPALB Putra Mandiri Kota Magelang. Hasil uji coba (pre-test) perkembangan kognitif anak tunarungu di xi TKLB YPPALB Putra Mandiri sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran busy book menunjukkan bahwa anak Ad, Ic, dan Rn memiliki nilai % = 58,3 yang artinya keempat anak tersebut dalam mencapai kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Sedangkan De, Ha dan In memiliki niai % = 50 yang artinya kedua anak tersebut mencapai kategori mulai berkembang (MB). Sedangkan hasil uji coba post-test (tahap I dan tahap II) menggunakan media pembelajaran busy book untuk meningkatkan kognitif anak tunarungu di TKLB YPPALB Putra Mandiri Kota Magelang menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu : nilai %Ad = 81,2 %Ic = 79,1, dan %Rn 81 yang artinya ketiga anak tersebut mencapai kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Sedangkan nilai %De = 70,8, %Ha dan %In = 72,9 yang artinya ketiga anak tersebut mencapai kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Dengan demikian, pengembangan media pembelajaran busy book pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kognitif anak tunarungu di TKLB YPPALB Putra Mandiri Kota Magelang.
