The quality of the service will only be determined if the assessment on the various dimensions of service quality and the satisfaction of consumer is measured. It is important to measure the efficiency of each dimension to provide the best returns. However, this approach often encounters problems because of the resource demand. The aims of this study are to design a comprehensive input and output frameworks based on SERVQUAL items of retail stores on service quality and to evaluate data using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. Questionnaires are distributed to 132 respondents. The collected data are analyzed by using SPSS and Lingo software. In this study, four input variables (reliability, tangible, assurance, and responsiveness) and one output (empathy) of the dimension of SERVQUAL are analyzed. The findings show only two Decision-Making Units (DMUs) out of eight DMUs that are efficient. Meanwhile, six DMUs are inefficient with the score between 0.914 and 0.996. All DMUs which are efficient show that the company is good in providing the service to the customer.

Our results show that an extra dollar of cash is valued at 1.13forfirmsinthetopquartileoftheranking,atparforcompaniesatthebottomquartile,andat1.13 for firms in the top quartile of the ranking, at par for companies at the bottom quartile, and at 1.13forfirmsinthetopquartileoftheranking,atparforcompaniesatthebottomquartile,andat1.07 for an average ESG firm. We also show evidence that financial slack has value when future investment opportunities are expected and the cost and availability of capital is uncertain.

The lecturer or instructor may want to use innovative ways of teaching to capture the students’ attention and to make the learning process become more enjoyable and effective. Therefore, this study was carried out with the objective to identify the factors that influence students’ behaviour of adopting e-learning especially in the subject of mathematics based on Perceived Resources and Technology Acceptance Model (PRATAM). The technology used includes Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and Learning Management System (LMS). Questionnaires were used to collect data from one hundred and nine precalculus students. Quantitative data were analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM). Perceived resource has a positive direct effect on perceived ease of use, behavioural intention to use, attitude towards using and behavioural intention to use. Perceived ease of use will have a positive direct effect on perceived usefulness; attitude will have a positive direct effect on behavioural intention to use which will have positive direct effect on actual system use. Perceived resource is the most significant factor for students’ acceptance of e-learning in mathematics.

Nevertheless, most studies focus more on examining different types of coping strategies in dealing with conflict as well as those that improve well-being. This study aims to examine the mediating roles of religiosity on the relationships between work-family conflict, work-family enrichment, and well-being. The body of data used in this research was gathered from 140 Muslim women academicians at Universiti Teknologi MARA. The analytical evaluation was conducted using SEM-AMOS 21.0. The relationships between well-being, work-family conflict, work-family enrichment, and religiosity were found to be significant. The key findings of this study are religiosity fully mediates the association between work-family conflict and well-being, and partially mediates the relationship between work-family enrichment and well-being. Since most of the researchers often test religiosity as an independent variable in influencing well-being, the findings of this study are expected to bridge the gap by providing empirical support that religiosity could act as a mediator in the relationships between work-family conflict and workfamily enrichment on well-being. The originality of this study may contribute to the formation of a new body of knowledge, and enrich the literature sources in the field of work-family conflict, work-family enrichment, and well-being that will benefit the academicians.

The way mathematical skills are highly connected to most people is undoubtedly important in managing their money-related matters every day. Despite its importance as a core subject learned during the primary, secondary, and tertiary educations, the extension of the subject that plays a role in making someone in a better position of their personal financial welfares remain scarce. The objective of the study is to examine the relationship between 1) previous mathematics performance and financial literacy scores, 2) previous mathematics performance and financial well-being and 3) financial literacy and financial well-being among university students to shed light on the direction of the relationships. This research capitalizes the use of descriptive and correlation studies from survey responses among undergraduate students at Universiti Teknologi MARA Pahang (n= 239). The findings revealed that, despite having both high scores in mathematics and financial literacy, their overall financial well-being standing was just at par, an indicator of financial breakeven. Positive correlations were established between variables but none of the relationships was found to be significant (p>0.05). It was further identified that among three types of major university financing, scholarship holders showed a significant difference in the previous mathematics performance. They were also recorded as the highest achievers in both financial literacy and financial wellbeing. Further explanations and implications of the study are discussed in detail.
