These applications enhance the functionality of pervasive computing services, applications and systems. In this paper we have proposed a novel design of middleware for global pervasive environment. The focus is made on quality of service, reliability, performance efficiency and precision of the applications/knowledge to be used in fulfilling the user request. The proposed middleware is actually a service oriented framework in which data mining is used for knowledge discovery, context is identified by using more precise approach, and then automatic service discovery, activation and execution takes place to facilitate the user in pervasive environment.

Numerous models of data allocation have been presented so far no optimal or universally accepted algorithm exists yet, and very few algorithms have been implemented to date (Rob and Cornonel, 1993). In this paper a method to construct a model of data allocation for distributed database system has been proposed. The adopted method for the construction of the data allocation model leads to an efficient model of its kind. The proposed model not only solves distributed database design problem, but also solves distributed database maintenance problem by covering initial allocation and post allocation of the data. The efficiency of proposed model has been proved by comparing proposed model with other relevant models.

More specifically ETL tools are category of specialized tools with the task of dealing with data warehouse cleaning and loading problems. These task are very critical in every data warehouse environment, It is observed that ETL and data cleaning tools are estimated to cost at least one third of effort and expenses in the budget of the data warehouse 11], another evidence shows that ETL process costs 55% of the total cost of the data warehouse 12]. In this paper, we focus on the problem of the definition of ETL processes using xml in order to make this framework more generic and capable to deal with heterogeneous source systems. We described the framework that extract data from various heterogeneous source systems and carry it in xml files, later on data cleaning is performed using few predefined xml templates, predefined functions and ultimately data is loaded into data warehouse as per warehouse schema.

Increasing levels of road traffic ask for real time analysis of a moving car in order to extract important data, in this case the vehicle registration number. This paper

In distributed environment Load Balancing and Heterogeneity are very critical issues and needed to drill down in order to achieve the optimal results and efficiency. Various techniques are being used in order to distribute the load dynamically among different nodes and to deal with heterogeneity. These techniques are using different approaches where Process Migration is basic concept with different optimal flavors. But Process Migration is not an easy job, it impose lot of burden and processing effort in order to track each process in nodes. We will propose a dynamic load balancing technique in which application will intelligently balance the load among different nodes, resulting in efficient use of system and have no overheads of process migration. It would also provide a simple solution to problem of load balancing in heterogeneous environment.

They are the product of a pedagogical development course ran in collaboration with a Swedish university during the academic year 2013/2014. The projects reflect the local situation, with its possibilities and challenges, and suggest steps to take, in the local environment, to enhance education. As such it is a unique document that brings insights from computer science and engineering education into the international literature.
