The existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence of weak solution of sine-Gordon equations are established. The method of transposition is used to prove the Gâteaux differentiability of the solution map. The Gâteaux differential of the solution map is characterized. The optimal parameters are established. Computational algorithm and numerical results are presented.

Finite difference method is used to determine the solution and time dependent coefficient. A number of numerical illustrations are given to justify the proposed computational scheme.

Orthogonal basis are used to establish computational algorithm. Numerical results are presented. The accuracy and efficiency of proposed model are discussed.

Research paper thumbnail of Identiffication problem in pharmacokinetic model for the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus using metformin

International Mathematical Forum, 2014

Type II diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder in which a person has highly elevated blood glu... more Type II diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder in which a person has highly elevated blood glucose levels resulting from bodily tissues being resistant to the insulin that is produced in the pancreas. Metformin is an anti-hyperglycemic drug that is widely used for treating type II diabetes mellitus. Metformin works to reduce blood glucose levels by decreasing the rate of hepatic glucose output, decreasing the rate of intestinal glucose absorption, and increasing the rate of glucose uptake by
