Application of the offered methodology of the costs assessment of customer service for transporta... more Application of the offered methodology of the costs assessment of customer service for transportation of small perishable cargoes in urban areas makes it possible to choose the rational brand and cargo capacity of the truck, depending on the number of delivery locations in conditions with constantly changing demands for transportation services. The developed mathematical and imitation models allow simulating the process of small perishable cargoes delivery in urban areas at rendering transportation service to small cargo customers, including the service of retail chain shops, hotel and restaurant businesses. These models allow for quickly estimating the specific expenses for perishable cargoes delivery depending on price values and technological parameters. The methodology is of interest for practical use for PL-forwarders at the assessment of possible transport costs in conditions of the constantly changing demand for transport services, as well as for customers (malls, restaurants, hotels, mini-markets) of small perishable cargoes.

To increase the efficiency of the process of bulk cargo delivery by exit routes by optimizing the techno logical parameters of the supply chain. methodology. The optimization of the technological parameters of the supply chain for cargo delivery was carried out using mathematical modeling. To assess the effectiveness of the process of cargo delivery, an analytical method of research was applied. Findings. As a result of the research, optimum values of the technological parameters of the production and trans portation chain of ore cargo delivery by exit routes were obtained: the composition of the formed route is 38 cars, the loading point performance is 324.2 t/h, the delivery interval is 1.75 days. Using the optimal technological parameters of the supply chain for the delivery of bulk cargoes by exit routes, the operational work of the railway transport is planned, ensuring compliance with the delivery interval for the purpose of implementing the requirement "just in time". The dependences of the specific costs of these parameters, which allow evaluating the nature of their changes in various given conditions, are constructed. Originality. The components of the economic effect of the supply chain for the delivery of bulk cargoes (coal, ores, etc.) by means of exit routes have been formalized and a method for evaluating the economic effect for both subjects of the supply chain is proposed: the owner of cars and production. Practical value. Recommendations on the formation of the technological process of functioning of the entire sup ply chain are given for given values of the duration of the supplier's and customer's production cycles, the duration of transportation, the intensity of the input of the delivered raw materials into production. To improve the efficiency of delivery of bulk goods, it is recommended to use the developed schedules of interaction between production, trans port and consumption. At the same time, the intensity of raw materials receipt into production determines the opti mal composition of the formed exit route and the delivery interval.

An experience analysis of educational systems in many countries shows that one way to update educ... more An experience analysis of educational systems in many countries shows that one way to update education content and educational technologies is to apply a professional approach that only complements the list of educational innovations without reducing classical approaches importance. The analysis of recent studies has been carried out. It helps to determine that a competency approach implies the need to strengthen practical orientations of education. The prerequisites for the realization of a competence approach in education are defined, due to the European integration of Ukrainian higher school, with features of modern society live and increasing requirements by employers. Professional activity features for specialists in logistics and transport spheres at modern conditions are described. These specific skills are consisting in intense intellectual activity, ability to make decisions independently and quickly, to use information and communication technologies for optimization of technological processes in transport. The directions of education to ensure the quality of training and increase the competence of specialists in the field of logistics and transport are proposed. They based on the close interaction of theory and practice, which contribute to the graduate’s acquisition of the potential of competitiveness in constantly changing conditions, aimed at developing the abilities of students to solve professional problems and problems with the application of knowledge, skills, and professional experience.

The main problems arising at delivery of grain cargoes in a supply chain with the participation of automobile and sea transports were described for justification of relevance of the research. A mathematical definition of the researching tasks was made for the search for the rational management decision at forming a rational structure of the park of the trucks transporting the agricultural products to the sea terminal. The study is aimed to develop the logic-linguistic models to design a number of rules for the cor... more The study is aimed to develop the logic-linguistic models to design a number of rules for the correct calculation of the vehicles needed, taking into account the technical, technological, and weather and climate conditions of the harvesting and transport complex. The article has shown that the construction of the design of logic-linguistic models was not performed earlier to solve the problem of the agro-industrial production transportation support, considering the opportunity of forecasting size of influences of the weather and climatic factors on improving the productivity of the harvesting and transport complex elements. It is determined that the experience of applying the fuzzy logic theory in many practice situations confirms the universality of the mathematical apparatus. This toolkit provides better results than classical approaches (set theory, probability theory). This aspect indicates the expediency of the chosen mathematical apparatus for solving the tasks. The article using fuzzy logic explores the relationship and interdependence of technical, technological factors and weather and climate conditions for modeling transport support in harvesting and transport complex. Fuzzification of the parameters is carried out, based on the compiled equations using trapezoidal and triangular membership functions. The set of rules necessary for the creation of logical-linguistic models (LLM) for each factor has been arranged. LLMs were developed for dependent parameters, which will allow further modeling of the transport support of the harvesting and transport complex in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox application of the MATLAB package.
