The current research was done with the goal of investigating the relationship between human resou... more The current research was done with the goal of investigating the relationship between human resources empowerment dimension and the employees of Zabol University of medical sciences entrepreneurial level. The method of research is survey descriptive and the research statistical population includes all employees of Zabol University of medical sciences in 2014 that were 270 people that considering Morgan table 155 people were chosen as sample. Sampling method was random simple. Research tools is research made questionnaire including 30 questions that its validity were confirmed by experts , teachers and Guide Master and its Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliability was calculated as 0.779. For data statistical analysis descriptive statistical indexes, mean, standard deviation and statistic and single sample t test and factor analysis were used for analyzing research questions which were done using software SPSS and Amos on data. This study aims to study the impact of the application of new technologies in education on educat... more This study aims to study the impact of the application of new technologies in education on educational performance in Sistan and Baluchestan were university professors. This research is descriptive survey population consisted of all faculty members in Sistan and Baluchestan, that number was 506, according to Morgan 217 subjects was determined. For simple we have used random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire containing 30 questions which its validity by experts and teachers and tutors have been approved and reliability Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to 0.913. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics including frequency tables, mean, standard deviation and statistics and single-sample ttest was used to analyze research questions using SPSS software was performed on the data. Test results showed that the application of new technologies on the performance of educational training professors was effective. As well as training was effective on how to teach the application of innovative technologies, the number of hours of teaching, consulting and training services and quality of university professors.

Like all other activities, doing scientific research requires existence of enough motivation in learner, and teachers are the most important executives who can encourage students by their teaching methods. Present study was done with the goal of the study of relationship between the uses of active teaching methods to create incentives for research in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Examining the relationship between enabling factors of human force and entrepreneurship of medical university of Zabol staffs. Method of research is descriptive and statistical population are all students of medical university of Zahedan in 2014 which their number are 3251 people which according to Morgan's table was 346 people and selected as samples. Sampling method was simple-random. Instrument of research is made by researcher which consisted of 30 questions and their reliability was firstly approved by experts and then by supervisors. Cronbach's Alpha was calculated 0/829. For statistical analysis of data we used frequency tables, average, standard deviation, and simple t-test and analytical cause for analyzing research questions that we used by SPSS software. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between active teaching methods and motivating students to study in Medical University of Zahedan Sciences and Health Services. Also there is a meaningful relationship between inductive methods, problem solving, brainstorming and motivating processing and research of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services.

Present study, titled " Estimating the parameters of multiple-choice questions in the evaluation ... more Present study, titled " Estimating the parameters of multiple-choice questions in the evaluation of the educational systems virtual" was performed on failed test to prevent the repetition of tests. For parameters estimation of the questions, responses of 49 final test of failed students was investigated in an academic semester. In the classic model, the degree of difficulty of each question (p) the proportion of correct responses in all subjects, and judgment (Rpbis) double-stranded correlation with the test point considered, the calculations showed: (1) In-89.7% of tests there wasn't even a very easy and reliable question. (2) In 63.26% of tests wasn't observed even a very difficult and reliable question. (3) Only 2.04% of tests is without unreliable question. After deleting the unreliable questions, the students' marks were determined again and about 15.11% of students passed the test. Thus, by deletion unreliable questions, percent of failed tests reduced remarkably, the waste of resources is prevented, the criteria of students' academic achievement became real more and provided better basis for decision-making in university.

The research is descriptive. According to the research findings, knowledge management with the aim of providing them with the right knowledge to the right person at the right time plays an important role in technology, processes and people and fostering ongoing strategic commitment that strategic management has a key role to promote the desired behavior via pattern or relationship. Today, more intense competition has been created among organizations each day and the rate of innovation is increasing. Competition among organizations led to reduce human resources in order to reduce costs and reduction of human resources prompted organizations to take action to express the tacit knowledge by employees. Organizational knowledge management is one of the most important factors for success in competitive conditions and the information age.

شاغل بهتدريس در دانشگاههاي شهر تهران در سال
88 است. نمونه آماري 87 نفر از اساتيد زن و - تحصيلي 89
مرد ميباشد. كه بهصورت نمونهگيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب
شدند. اين پژوهش از ابزار محققساخته پرسشنامه استفاده
شده است و دادههاي پژوهش در دو سطح توصيفي از
شاخصهاي گرايش مركزي و جداول توزيع فراواني و در
آمار استنباطي از آزمون تحليل واريانس و آزمون مقايسات
مورد spss ميانگين زوجي دانكن و با نرمافزار تحليل داده
توصيف و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. عمدهترين يافتههاي
مطالعه اين است كه سابقه تدريس بيشترين تاثير را در به-
كارگيري فرانظريه آيزنر، مرتبه علمي و گرايش تحصيلي
بيشترين تاثير را در بهكارگيري فرانظريه واكر و هونكي دارد
و در اين ميان فرانظريه ميلر متاثر از هيچكدام يك از
متغيرهاي مذكور نيست و اساس فعاليت ياددهي- يادگيري
را دربردارد و از متغيرهاي ديگري تاثير ميپذيرد.

Like all other activities, doing scientific research requires existence of enough motivation in learner, and teachers are the most important executives who can encourage students by their teaching methods. Present study was done with the goal of the study of relationship between the uses of active teaching methods to create incentives for research in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Examining the relationship between enabling factors of human force and entrepreneurship of medical university of Zabol staffs. Method of research is descriptive and statistical population are all students of medical university of Zahedan in 2014 which their number are 3251 people which according to Morgan's table was 346 people and selected as samples. Sampling method was simple-random. Instrument of research is made by researcher which consisted of 30 questions and their reliability was firstly approved by experts and then by supervisors. Cronbach's Alpha was calculated 0/829. For statistical analysis of data we used frequency tables, average, standard deviation, and simple t-test and analytical cause for analyzing research questions that we used by SPSS software. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between active teaching methods and motivating students to study in Medical University of Zahedan Sciences and Health Services. Also there is a meaningful relationship between inductive methods, problem solving, brainstorming and motivating processing and research of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services.
