One of the Tridarma of Higher Education is community service, besides that it also aims to provid... more One of the Tridarma of Higher Education is community service, besides that it also aims to provide insight and knowledge about the use of information technology to improve people's abilities, this service program is held for 6 (six) days starting from 1-6 September 2018 in Gunung Sari Village, As for the activities that have been carried out, among others: development and socialization of village web, introduction of product marketing with social media or e-Commerce and introduction of IT to students of SDN 2 Way Khilau. The implementation of this service is completed in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation and reporting. Preparation is carried out with a preliminary survey to find out what is needed by the community. The implementation is carried out by providing training and conducting socialization/introduction with the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, the students, village officials and the community seemed very enthusiastic in following every material presented by the team, besides that village officials and the community were not technologically stuttering. This is evidenced from the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed that this training can improve the ability of community members and village officials in utilizing the village web site with the answer Yes as much as 57%, can increase the income of catfish SMEs from the previous average net income of 500 thousand to 1 million per month, and for students of SD Negeri 2 Gunung Sari the competence and knowledge of students about computers increased by 90% of students answered Yes.

Stacks of data from company or agency transactional systems are assets that are currently not uti... more Stacks of data from company or agency transactional systems are assets that are currently not utilized for analysis to produce new knowledge or information that is very valuable in the future. The purpose of this study is to generate new knowledge about graduation rates, by utilizing student graduation data in 5 years, which can be used to determine whether students graduate on time or not. The Data Mining method used is Naïve Bayes which is a simple probability classification method that calculates probabilities by adding up the frequency and combination of values from existing data sets. The research method used is RUP (Rational Unified Process) with stages including: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. The data used is the graduation data of students who graduated from 2016-2019 at XYZ college. The attributes used are, Gender, Age, Origin, Class, Major, GPA. As a preventive measure by using a web application, which can be accessed anywhere and anytime by students, the prediction results can motivate students in their completion, make it easier for the campus to predict graduation rates and assist in designing remedial steps to improve campus quality, as well as campus accreditation scores, so that the level of stakeholder trust can increase in the future.

KBIH Pringsewu Foundation is a service institution for people who want to carry out the pilgrimage by providing guidance on the pilgrimage. The problems that occur are the waste of information costs regarding the receipt of hajj registration using pamphlets and radio, registration of prospective pilgrims with forms that must go to the Pringsewu KBIH office so that they often make queues, data processing is still conventional such as re-entering the data of prospective pilgrims to determine group data, to obtain information on portion numbers and information on the departure schedule of pilgrims having to go to the office, as well as making proof of payment still uses paper which often results in loss and damage. The web-based hajj service information system was built using the waterfall method with the stages: needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. With this web-based service information system, it can provide information on the acceptance of prospective Hajj pilgrims to the public at a minimal cost and the information is fast and easy to reach and right on target, prospective pilgrims can easily register for Hajj without having to come to the office and avoid time-consuming queues. It takes a long time, data processing does not need to be repeated and produces accurate data because it utilizes a database, information on portion numbers and information on the Hajj departure schedule is more quickly known by prospective pilgrims, proof of payment is recorded electronically so there will be no loss and damage. This is evidenced by the results of system testing using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) by 62 respondents that the perception of usefulness (Usefulness) for the highest performance is 34% answering Agree (S), for the highest importance as much as 42% answering Agree (S), and the perception of ease (Ease of Use) for the highest performance, 31% answered Agree(S), for the highest importance, 42% answered Agree(S).

This material was delivered based on the analysis and needs of the Qordhova IT High School from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, to increase students' learning motivation, add insight into the importance of IT in entrepreneurship, and how to market products or goods online. This training does not only provide open-play material so that students remain enthusiastic about learning, but also provides an example of having a creative and innovative spirit in the use of information technology. The impact of the pandemic period is a challenge for servants to share knowledge and develop students to be creative and innovative in learning. This activity impacts students' awareness that Information Technology is a medium that can help improve business skills. The role of technology is very familiar and often used, such as the use of what's up, Facebook, Instagram, and telegram. Students using these applications are not only used as social media but also improve quality or productivity and have an entrepreneurial spirit. The result of this training activity is that students can implement the use of information technology to market coffee drink products online and hold marketing day activities.

U... more COVID-19 or the so-called Coronavirus Disease-2019 first appeared in China in 2019 in December. Until all levels of society are required to stay at home (Work From Home) due to the pandemic conditions. The government urges and issues a social restriction policy (PSBB) in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. All educational institutions/institutions must implement various innovations in the online learning process. Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business is one of the educational institutions that uses information technology for online learning media called E-Learning. Lecturers and students must adapt in using the E-Learning used at IIB Darmajaya, namely the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS is used by students and lecturers of IIB Darmajaya, so that in the field conditions there are still many shortcomings encountered in the use of LMS services at IIB Darmajaya, including the level of understanding of lecturers and students in using the LMS, easy access to the features (UI/UX) provided, as well as the satisfaction of lecturers and students in using LMS. For that we need the right method to measure UI/UX needs from the user's side. In this research, heuristic method is used through usability evaluation in the form of System Usability Scale (SUS). Usability is used to measure the level of usability of a system or equipment to get a comprehensive evaluation result. The results of research on the usability of LMS services at IIB Darmajaya found that the interpretation of SUS on the LMS from the user's point of view is said to be quite good, it's just that lecturers and students are less enthusiastic about their experiences while using LMS. This is certainly a concern for institutions to further improve LMS services during the pandemic even when the pandemic has ended.

Futhermore, it probably causing some problems, for instance, when visitor need some information, library staff can make mistake and the service is not fast. The alternative solution to solve this problem is the utilization of information technology in particular implementing database that base on computer to fullfill user or visitor need. By using server side program on Microsoft Windows System Operation, web base interface, sorting method, and search engine are hoped able to reduce the mistake and make user or visitor able to search the information about the book easly.

AIESEC is the largest studentdriven organization in the world. An organization that focuses on developing youth leadership and serving as ambassadors abroad to carry out social projects. AIESEC also focuses on leadership development, leadership experience, and participation in the Global Learning Environment. This research produces an interface to facilitate AIESEC Lampung projects. This system was a facility for organizations to replace systems that used manual recording and resulting in a lack of time efficiency. This system integrates data ranging from report data and transactions that had been stored in the database. The new system was designed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. It was a linear sequential software development process that emphasized the development cycle in a short time iteratively (repetitively) in developing a system. A working model of the system was constructed in the early stages of development in defining the user requirements. With an integrated web-based computerized system, problems in transaction services at AIESEC Lampung can be solved easily. Reports and all transactions was displayed in the system. This research produced an Information System at AIESEC Lampung to carry out projects, namely the registration process and the host family program.

The implementation is carried out by providing training and conducting socialization/introduction with the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, the students, village officials and the community seemed very enthusiastic in following every material presented by the team, besides that village officials and the community were not technologically stuttering. This is evidenced from the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed that this training can improve the ability of community members and village officials in utilizing the village web site with the answer Yes as much as 57%, can increase the income of catfish SMEs from the previous average net income of 500 thousand to 1 million per month, and for students of SD Negeri 2 Gunung Sari the competence and knowledge of students about computers increased by 90% of students answered Yes.

The purpose of this study is to generate new knowledge about graduation rates, by utilizing student graduation data in 5 years, which can be used to determine whether students graduate on time or not. The Data Mining method used is Naïve Bayes which is a simple probability classification method that calculates probabilities by adding up the frequency and combination of values from existing data sets. The research method used is RUP (Rational Unified Process) with stages including: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. The data used is the graduation data of students who graduated from 2016-2019 at XYZ college. The attributes used are, Gender, Age, Origin, Class, Major, GPA. As a preventive measure by using a web application, which can be accessed anywhere and anytime by students, the prediction results can motivate students in their completion, make it easier for the campus to predict graduation rates and assist in designing remedial steps to improve campus quality, as well as campus accreditation scores, so that the level of stakeholder trust can increase in the future.

KBIH Pringsewu Foundation is a service institution for people who want to carry out the pilgrimage by providing guidance on the pilgrimage. The problems that occur are the waste of information costs regarding the receipt of hajj registration using pamphlets and radio, registration of prospective pilgrims with forms that must go to the Pringsewu KBIH office so that they often make queues, data processing is still conventional such as re-entering the data of prospective pilgrims to determine group data, to obtain information on portion numbers and information on the departure schedule of pilgrims having to go to the office, as well as making proof of payment still uses paper which often results in loss and damage. The web-based hajj service information system was built using the waterfall method with the stages: needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. With this web-based service information system, it can provide information on the acceptance of prospective Hajj pilgrims to the public at a minimal cost and the information is fast and easy to reach and right on target, prospective pilgrims can easily register for Hajj without having to come to the office and avoid time-consuming queues. It takes a long time, data processing does not need to be repeated and produces accurate data because it utilizes a database, information on portion numbers and information on the Hajj departure schedule is more quickly known by prospective pilgrims, proof of payment is recorded electronically so there will be no loss and damage. This is evidenced by the results of system testing using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) by 62 respondents that the perception of usefulness (Usefulness) for the highest performance is 34% answering Agree (S), for the highest importance as much as 42% answering Agree (S), and the perception of ease (Ease of Use) for the highest performance, 31% answered Agree(S), for the highest importance, 42% answered Agree(S).

The impact of the pandemic period is a challenge for servants to share knowledge and develop students to be creative and innovative in learning. This activity impacts students' awareness that Information Technology is a medium that can help improve business skills. Until all levels of society are required to stay at home (Work From Home) due to the pandemic conditions. The government urges and issues a social restriction policy (PSBB) in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. All educational institutions/institutions must implement various innovations in the online learning process. Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business is one of the educational institutions that uses information technology for online learning media called E-Learning. Lecturers and students must adapt in using the E-Learning used at IIB Darmajaya, namely the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS is used by students and lecturers of IIB Darmajaya, so that in the field conditions there are still many shortcomings encountered in the use of LMS services at IIB Darmajaya, including the level of understanding of lecturers and students in using the LMS, easy access to the features (UI/UX) provided, as well as the satisfaction of lecturers and students in using LMS. For that we need the right method to measure UI/UX needs from the user's side. In this research, heuristic method is used through usability evaluation in the form of System Usability Scale (SUS). Usability is used to measure the level of usability of a system or equipment to get a comprehensive evaluation result. The results of research on the usability of LMS services at IIB Darmajaya found that the interpretation of SUS on the LMS from the user's point of view is said to be quite good, it's just that lecturers and students are less enthusiastic about their experiences while using LMS. This is certainly a concern for institutions to further improve LMS services during the pandemic even when the pandemic has ended.

AIESEC also focuses on leadership development, leadership experience, and participation in the Global Learning Environment. This research produces an interface to facilitate AIESEC Lampung projects. This system was a facility for organizations to replace systems that used manual recording and resulting in a lack of time efficiency. This system integrates data ranging from report data and transactions that had been stored in the database. The new system was designed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. It was a linear sequential software development process that emphasized the development cycle in a short time iteratively (repetitively) in developing a system. A working model of the system was constructed in the early stages of development in defining the user requirements. With an integrated web-based computerized system, problems in transaction services at AIESEC Lampung can be solved easily. Reports and all transactions was displayed in the system. This research produced an Information System at AIESEC Lampung to carry out projects, namely the registration process and the host family program.
