According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate fell to 4.2% in September, which is the lowest value recorded in as many as ten years (United States Department of Labor). The trend indicates a steady recovery from the devastating effects of the Great recession of 2007-2008. Reports point out that the employment status of the Unites States of America is expected to dive into full employment in a couple of years at most. Nevertheless, there are still a number of hurdles to be jumped before the economy reaches such levels; notably, the target wage growth as well as the depressed labor force participation are the factors that must be accounted for within this period. The rate of participation of the prime age labor force-composed of people 25-54 years old – is still 1.7% lower than the standards of the pre-recession era. Nonetheless, the economy has continued to experience a significant growth, with jobs being created at the rate of between 175,000 to 200,000 per month (Gould). This paper investigates the declining trend in the rate of unemployment over the last six years. It studies the primary causes of this decline and its impacts.

Ideally, the concept is twofold ; academic and literature explain the pertinence of creativity in planning of cities with emphasis on the innovation strategies, while the other side practically implements the plans set up the creative schemes. In the real sense, there is little to no link between these two levels of the creative city concept which is rather extemporized. Most early cities experienced the challenge of gaps between hypothetical cities and the practical implementation of the plans. It all comes down to the conversion of conceptual intuitions into an intricate operative methodology that is suitable for local practice. This paper walks us through the gentrification of Paris, which is one of the earliest cities founded on the concept of creative city theory. It analyzes the theory on three levels in relation to the city of Paris: (a) the positioning of Paris's present creative spaces and the communities within that region in the context of the social and economic structures, urban chronicles, as well as the prevalent frameworks of governance along with the analytical systems; (b) an evaluation of the three-dimensional, public, symbolic, and cultural qualities of creative production and consumption; (c) identification of the effective options for policy interposition. Gentrification refers to the reorganization of a city to suit the taste and needs of the middle class of the economy (Ditton, 2016). The gentrification of Paris has been in place for centuries. However, the city was swept by the most recent wave of gentrification in the 1970s. The succeeding five decades have seen it transform into a city that is barely recognizable. Previously, the cities that had once been considered the turfs of the working class citizens as well

In a twist, the company had not anticipated such an ordeal and failed to secure insurance against embezzlement of funds. The management consisting of Dr. Chen and three remaining senior partners, has to devise a clever plan to salvage the company from collapsing in the vent that this information got out. Additionally, they need to watch out for the lawyers as well as the other employees. The prime consideration in this case is to protect the reputation of the firm within and without the country and prevent the potential fall out with the broad client base. This paper highlights the steps that need to be taken by the firm to mitigate the damage to the clients and protect the reputation of the firm. It also breaks down the approach Lee and Li should take in response to the embezzlement. The approach taken by the firm should take four basic issues into consideration in the mitigation attempts: the parties that have been impacted by the larceny, the level of damage meted out to these parties, the actions that must be taken to guarantee the survival of the firm, and the measures to be taken in general to prevent such an occurrence. The assumptions are: the form does not have enough money to recompense the amount of money lost, legal action has already been taken to find the senior partner who facilitated this embezzlement and return the Last Name 1

The values were recorded on the data sheet as 1 atm for pressure, and 100 OF and 71.6 OF for temperature and ambient temperature respectively while the composition of the system is consisted of proportions of methane, hexane, and propane in the ratio of 4:4:2. The next step was the conduction of constant composition expansion in the cell during which pressure is lowered within the cell resulting into expansion of the fluid volume. In this step, mercury was extracted from the cell and then the bubble and dew points were determined as 0.0 mole fraction of the added CO 2. Caution was taken to ensure precision in obtaining the data by shaking the cell so as to maintain equilibrium. This ensured that any gas that evolved from the process was in contact with the fluid to the point of equilibrium. In the next experiment, we set out to determine the saturation pressure of a binary system using the PVT simulator. The ability of the servo pump to function at a constant rate made it convenient for use. It was set at the rate of 10cc/min for the input and 6cc for maximum delivery. Upon activation, the volume of the liquid reduced while the pressure rose to a maximum of 1769 psia. Typically, the servo pump was expected to malfunction because the fluid pressure was significantly higher than the BPRs. At this point, the mass and pressure of the liquid were noted. Mass and pressure of the liquid are recorded. A chromatographic analysis was then conducted and Rsi and Cbf obtained. For more reliable results to be obtained, helium was allowed to pass through the chromatograph. Afterwards, the initial conditions were restored with the exemption of the volume of the liquid which was reset to 10cc. The reduction in volume served to create adequate space for expansion of the gas. For the bubble point to be reached, 0.262cc (±0.001) mercury was Last Name 1

As a visitor, it may be strangely challenging to connect with the cultural activities, traditions, and standards of the local people. This feat is especially difficult in the large cities such as Seoul. One may quite easily be immersed into the modern aspects of the city. As such, the overwhelming cosmopolitan facilities, social amenities, and modernization flavors that characterize these sorts of cities may dominate the visit alienating one from the true cultural experience of the people. In my visit to Seoul, I was able to capture the utterly unique and cultural value of the Korea. From face value, one could easily tell that the city has remained solidly Korean as characterized by the adamant retention of traditional architecture amidst rapid development and modernization as well as the warming traditions of the locals. The city is key to understanding the ways of the people through their history. As alluded to in the introduction, one of the most interesting aspect of the city of Seoul is the eclectic blend between the traditional features and modernization. To fully immerse myself into the culture of the Koreans, I visited one of the standing traditional neighborhoods in the city amidst the wave of gentrification that has grasped it in recent days. I spent the better part of the afternoon wandering the streets of the old part of the town named Bukchon Hanok Village. The streets were alive with locals pacing all around and bustling through with activities in the sultry atmosphere.

It goes deep to review the applicability of these variant behavioral and interactive communication interventions that have been presented in the different research conducted. The chapter discusses the efficiency of the proposed forms of interventions in the earlier sections of the paper in correspondence to pragmatic studies. Advanced research has enabled people to gain a broader perspective of the challenges associated with autism, contributing immensely to the development of better treatment methods, therapies, and health outcomes for the victims. As a matter of fact, research proves that approaching educational needs of these subject with the right strategies accentuate the health intervention methods leading to better results. The studies point out to the need for early intervention in the formative years of the child who has been identified to be autistic as a way of improving the quality of their lives significantly. In as much as early interventions help in smoothening the adaptability of the child to the condition, most of these subjects continue to display various signs and symptoms of the condition in varying levels in the course of the lives and much later into adulthood. As such, the children must be subjected to long-term care and a lifetime of supervision to prevent them from degenerating into unhealthy states. The works of Rutter and Bartak (1973) show that autistic children are likely to display better health outcomes from an appropriate and structured approach to teaching. In as far the research is concerned, education forms the most convenient platform for the wide range of interventions that are developed to consolidate the standards of social interaction, communicational habits, and general lifestyle of the people suffering from autism. The movie exhibits a satirical tinge in tracing the life of a timid and pitifully ineffectual college graduate from the East Coast. The man finds himself isolated and remarkably demarcated in the new world order marked by shifts in culture, norms, moral standards, and sexual mores that characterized this age. He questions the very nature of the values and ethics of this new society in which he is immersed. The character of Benjamin, played by Dustin Hoffman, stood out in the film. This paper explains the most distinctive elements in the characterization of the actor in the film. It also draws a comparison between his role in this movie with his performances in other films.

The proponents of the use of these genetically enhanced foods have a strong point in the argument by stating that this technology goes a long way to ensure food security amidst a fast-growing world population and offers security against climatic factors that may hinder the natural growth of these foods. Nevertheless, the critics counter this argument by highlighting the dangers we risk by interfering with natural phenomena. There is a benefit of doubt in the point made by the pro-GEO scientists who actually went out on their way to show that a significant portion of the GMO foods are actually safe and capable of feeding billions of people. While this is true, a thorough evaluation of the pros and cons of adapting this is a food security measure indicate that there is need for extended deployment and more safety testing for these foods. The critics also point out the dismissive and unscientific arguments the proponents use in debates concerning these genetically modified foods.
