The proposed algorithms increase the efficiency of the frequency converter, which will eliminate the through currents in the voltage source inverter (VSI) and reduce amount of calculation in the microcontroller. In this paper the simulation model of the induction motor (IM) with SVPWM control constructed in MATLAB is studies. The results of simulation modeling of the proposed algorithms are presented using different trajectories of the voltage space vector. Comparative analysis of the results is provided based on the type of trajectories and on the number of voltage space vectors being generated for the fluctuations speed, torque, and current of the IM's stator. Result analysis showed that the proposed algorithms using additional reference vectors, not only eliminate the through currents in a three-phase VSI, but also reduce the variations in fluctuations speed, motor torque and stator current, and improve the speed of the electric drive.

The purpose of paper is present two structures model of DFIG-DFIG with shunt converters and DFIG with series converters. Create model and computer simulation results of DFIG in program Orcad for mode generator machine. The information of results can use for education and research activities.

This paper proposes theory calculations, computer simulation and analysis structure of a DFIG with only one side connected to the grid. The stator of wound rotor induction generator (WRIG) is connected directly to the grid, and the rotor is controlled by a converter connected to an ideal battery. The theory calculation results provide the fundamental information for the initial stages of engineering design both in term of separate components (electrical machine, electronic converter) as well as the whole entire generating system. These properties and calculations determine the composition, technical implementation of the components in the system and the interaction between them. The theory and computer simulation results of a 160 kW WRIG system is also presented to prove the feasibility of the proposed system and method.

The stator windings machine is directly connected to the grid, the rotor winding machine is connected to the grid via slip-rings to a three-phase converter and made in the form of two back-to-back inverter and DC-link. The problems of synthesis of control systems that implement the principle of vector control are considered. A model of these control systems in the program MATLAB/Simulink is created. The models developed and results obtained provide information and method control for the development of DFIG generating systems.

Today, the problem of self-excited induction machine is solved in two ways - by using either capacitors, or electronic converters. As a generating system (based on IM), several WTS are often used, working parallel or directly connected to the grid. For induction machine: squirrel-cage induction generator (SCIG) and doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) are used, several possible types of them are systematized, evaluated and compared on functional features and properties. Based on computer simulations, the ability of DFIG with back to back converters (in the form of two serially connected 2 level voltage source converters - converter-1 and converter-2) is determined in the rotor circuit at a variable speed of the drive shaft (in modes sub-synch...
