The current Covid-19 pandemic has certainly weakened various economic sectors throughout the worl... more The current Covid-19 pandemic has certainly weakened various economic sectors throughout the world, including in Bali, where the tourism sector is the main source of income for the community. As of April 13, 2020, the number of laid-off employees has reached 800 and 46,000 employees have been laid off. Most of them are employees in the tourism sector such as hotels and restaurants. Along with the increasing corona outbreak, the number of employees who have been laid off is increasing. On May 12, 2020, the number reached 2,189 people, while 65,594 employees were laid off. The high number of workers who were economically affected by the Pandemic in Denpasar City prompted the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar City Tourism Office (DISPAR) to hold a Pandemic Incubation Program. Munculnya minat menabung seseorang merupakan bagian dari motivasi menabung dan kepribadian masing-masing individu. Motivasi seseorang adalah dorongan di dalam diri mereka yang membuat mereka bertindak ketika mereka memiliki kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. The financial analysis of coffee is aimed to determine whether coffee in Indonesia is financially profitable or not. The financial feasibility analysis of coffee farming in Indonesia can be seen from the investment criteria of a farm. Several investment criteria to assess the feasibility of coffee farming include the NPV (Net Present Value), B/C (Benefit/Cost) ratio, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and PP (Payback Period). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, telah dirumuskan dua masalah penelitian yaitu perbedaan tur virtual yang beredar sebelum pandemi dan yang baru muncul pada masa pandemi; serta model tur virtual yang berhasil terjual sebagai suatu produk dari industri pariwisata.Metode: Dalam rangka menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, maka digunakan suatu pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dari lima informan yang diketahui sebagai produsen tur virtual. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari pemeriksaan bahan dokumenter yang dibagikan langsung oleh informan kepada tim peneliti. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing survey questionnaires to the younger generation in Bali Province who have attended courses, seminars, capital market courses and have stock accounts. The sample was determined through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technology uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that motivation, investment knowledge, self-efficacy had a positive effect on investment interest. So, the research results theoretically confirm the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Keywords: Motivation; Investment Knowledge; Self Efficacy; Investment Interest.

The high number of workers who were economically affected by the Pandemic in Denpasar City prompt... more The high number of workers who were economically affected by the Pandemic in Denpasar City prompted the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar City Tourism Office to hold a Pandemic Incubation Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Participants' Perceptions of the Pandemic Incubation Program on the Sustainability of MSEs in Denpasar City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, using the SEM-PLS analysis method. The sample in this study amounted to 105 participants who were selected purposively with the criteria of participants who took the PIP from start to finish for two months. PIP participants' perceptions and participants' perceptions of the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises in Denpasar City are in the good category. The results of the analysis also show that PIP has a positive and significant relationship to the continuation of micro, small and medium enterprises in Denpasar City.

This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely providing information about government policies, especially the Denpasar City Industry and Trade Office, Tips and Tricks about entrepreneurship from National Polytechnic and Technical Lecturers to do online marketing at the market place, in this case in collaboration with Tokopedia. The results of the training show that the community service participants are very interested in participating in this kind of training because they really feel helped in utilizing online media as a means of marketing their products and making it easier for consumers to get service products produced by MSMEs.

It is based on high market demand and terraced cultivation usage system which is able to save the land. The success of oyster mushroom business is influenced by many factors such as entrepreneurial spirit ability and agribusiness management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and agribusiness management to oyster mushrooms business success in Denpasar. This study was conducted to oyster mushroom farmers who have at least 1000 baglog (growth media) with minimum 1 year cultivation period. The number of samples was determined by 36 respondents of mushroom farmers who were scattered in Denpasar. The data analysis techniques which were used were SPSS and Smart PLS program. The location selection method in this study was purposive. Stages of the study include the identification of internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses, and external factors, namely the opportunities and threats faced by oyster mushroom farmers in Denpasar. The input stage is carried out by creating an IFAS matrix and an EFAS matrix. The matching stage uses the SWOT matrix and the decision stage uses QSPM. The results of the training show that the community service participants are very interested in participating in this kind of training because they really feel helped in utilizing online media as a means of marketing their products and making it easier for consumers to get service products produced by MSMEs.

The location selection method in this study was purposive. Stages of the study include the identification of internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses, and external factors, namely the opportunities and threats faced by oyster mushroom farmers in Denpasar. The input stage is carried out by creating an IFAS matrix and an EFAS matrix. The matching stage uses the SWOT matrix and the decision stage uses QSPM. Sipadu tidak hanya melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya di lahan pertanian secara terintegrasi, namun mengembangkan pengelolaan pasca panen dan kegiatan penunjang lainnya. Dari fakta ini, diperlukan strategi untuk mengembangkan Sipadu yakni salah satunya dengan system agrowisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, untuk membuat strategi alternatif dan juga prioritas bagaimana mengembangkan agrowisata khususnya di Gapoktan Sri Sedana sebagai pelaksana Sipadu.
