Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan hijau (green advertising) dan citra mere... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan hijau (green advertising) dan citra merek hijau (green brand image) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan (green product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Garnier di Kabupaten Kolaka dan diambil 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknis analisis yang digunkan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa iklan hijau (green advertising) terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan (green product) pada brand Garnier. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t-hitung atau t-statistik yaitu 3,844 lebih tinggi dari nilai t-tabel yaitu 1,672 dan pada variabel citra merek hijau (green brand image) ...

The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Looking at a relatively small population of 96 people, the researchers used population studies. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program. This study uses a SWOT analysis with a matrix of IFE and EFE can be identified important factors from both the external environment and the internal environment that are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of banana dempo business in Bombana district. Based on the problem formulation of the SWOT analysis in the IFE matrix shows that the strength and weakness factors have a total score of 2.54, this identifies that the banana dempo business in Bombana Regency is in a fairly strong internal position, where this business has internal strength both in terms of product and strategy. The study is devoted to identifying the customer's expectation for the service quality of the reg... more The study is devoted to identifying the customer's expectation for the service quality of the regional water supply company (PDAM) of Kolaka Regency, describing the customer's perception of its service quality, and projecting the managerial implication to improve the quality of its services. The analysis methods used are conformity level analysis and important performance analysis. The analysis indicates that the highest expectation of the customer rests on the continuous supply of water without rotation system. The best performance of the company in the customer's perception is in the explanation of the water system installation procedure which is simple and uncomplicated. Based on Important Performance Matrix, it is apparent that quadrant 1 (Primary priorities) has eight attributes, quandrant 2(maintained) has six attributies, quandrant 3(low priority) has four attributies and quandrant 4(excessive) has two attibuties.
