Distant in time and space, the two philosophers reveal a reciprocal deep interpenetration. These connections exceed the known fascination that the philosopher of Ludwigshafen nurtures towards the Nolan. The mirror of this comparison is offered by the myth of Diana and Actaeon, used by Bruno himself in The Heroic Frenzies as a summary of his Philosophy. Through the mythological narrative will be enumerated some themes (with particular reference to Spirit of Utopia) in which the two philosophers seem to find a common dialectical ground.
