Создавшаяся сложная военно-политическая обстановка на территории соседнего государства-Украине, в... more Создавшаяся сложная военно-политическая обстановка на территории соседнего государства-Украине, военные действия на ее юго-восточных окраинах, кризис в отношениях между Центром и периферией единого государства, возникновение открытой угрозы целостности Российской Федерации нагнетает обстановку в регионе. Это вызывает необходимость провести анализ форм, методов деструктивного воздействия со стороны режима, захватившего власть, на население Луганской и Донецкой областей, Требуется и оценка вытекающих последствий из этой ситуации. С использованием метода сравнительного анализа выявляется роль и место самого государства и его помощников со стороны Германии, США, Франции Польши, Голландии, Великобритании в усугублении обстановки на территории Украины, особенности проявления подобных мер в дестабилизации отношений между государствами, этническими общностями. Дается оценка негативной роли вмешательства во внутренние дела государств. Анализируется применение мер деструктивного свойства в других государствах в ходе их эволюции, показаны отличия и сходство подобных систем управления обществом.

В статье на основе исследований российских ученых, архивных документов, воспоминаний рассматривае... more В статье на основе исследований российских ученых, архивных документов, воспоминаний рассматривается слабо изученная в отечественной историографии проблема участия представителей этнических меньшинств в битвах за Кавказ и Крым в ходе Великой Отечественной войны. В качестве примера автором избраны этнические общности курдов и корейцев. Использованы историко-генетический, историко-биографический и системно-исторический методы. Изучены меры советского командования по формированию национальных воинских подразделений; реконструированы биографии героев войны – корейцев и курдов, участвовавших в освобождении Юга России и получивших боевые награды; прослежена их послевоенная судьба; рассмотрены репрессивные действия советского правительства по отношению к военнослужащим некоторых национальностей. On the basis of the documents, found in State Krasnodar Regional Archive and predecessors' publications, the article both poses the problem of peripheral factor role and place in such an important event of Russia's history of early ХIХ century as the Patriotic War of 1812 and shows the event participants. This problem has become subject of historians' close attention. The article doesn't highlight the already known aspects of history, concerning Russian people and representatives of other Russian peoples' (Bashkirs, Kalmyks, etc.) participation in war, but the representatives of the smallest administrative divisions, namely kuren settlements, zaimka's (small homesteads, smallholdings) and khutors (farmsteads) of Black Sea Cossack Host. В статье на основе архивных документов, итогов исследования проблемы переселений в Союзе ССР, России раскрыто содержание мер, проводимых коммунистической партией и органами государственной власти принудительных переселений в 1930-1950-е годы, показана специфика принимавшихся мер в разных регионах страны, причины, вызвавшие к жизни антигуманные акции, выявлены многочисленные количественные характеристики этих событий. Введение. Проблема управления территориями, включая и Тмутараканский уезд, расположенный на восто... more Введение. Проблема управления территориями, включая и Тмутараканский уезд, расположенный на восточном берегу Керченского пролива, взаимодействие населения по вектору «народы и власть» давно выступают самостоятельным предметом исследования. Отмечены имевшие место преобразования системы управления Черноморским казачьим войском, контакты с царским двором. Анализируются события, связанные со сложной военно-политической обстановкой по линии соприкосновения с разными этническими общностями на западных границах казачьего войска. Названы планы по преобразованию территории края и даже обустройству станицы Тамани в качестве столицы Черноморского казачьего войска. Методы. Представленное научное повествование базируется на применении разных методов исследования, таких как историко-системный метод, позволяющий раскрыть структуру и механизм государственного управления своими составляющими частями, чем объяснялась частая дислокация их центров, в частности Черноморского войска казаков, местничеств, приставств; информационный метод, дающий возможность выстраивать событийный ряд с его анализом перемещения населения, миграционных процессов, когда отсутствовало понимание принудительного переселения, а господствовала формула «во имя батюшки царя»; репрезентативный метод, повышающий интерес к собственным локальным историям. Разнообразие методов исторического исследования, которые находят комплексное применение в условиях современного изучении событий, позволяют ученым исследовать и ограниченные пространством и временными рамками события, игравшие заметную роль в единении территорий и сообществ разных народов. Это дает возможность выявить причины их формирования, развития, наполняемость событийного ряда, специфику, особенности и подвести итоги. В полной мере этому служит предлагаемый метод Мишеля Фуко. Макроистория как раз и содействует решению задачи. В повествовании, события рассмотрены в широком сравнительном контексте истории. Результаты. Исследование базируется на имеющихся работах предшественников и открытых новых архивных материалов. This article represents a review of the collective monograph "Essays on the history and culture o... more This article represents a review of the collective monograph "Essays on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia", published in 2014 under the auspices of the Southern Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Volgograd branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The review provides a critical analysis of the material in the collective monograph on the problems of studying the history and culture of the Cossacks. The author notes that the revival of Cossacks that began in the 1990s, not only drew attention to the Cossack problem in modern Russia, but also stimulated scientific and public interest in the history and culture of the Cossacks. Russian Cossacks have rich past and its culture is colorful and specific, its role in the history of Russia is significant. Issues of origin and development of the Cossacks, their place among the peoples of Russia, the specificity of cultural practices are constantly causing great interest for researchers. All this has led scientistsspecialists in the history and culture of the Cossacks to the idea of the creation of this scientific work, which has become a generalization of accumulated research experience on the most important issues of the Cossacks' historical existence. The authors of the monograph limited their research by Southern Russia because of the complexity of creating general work on all Cossack troops which have historically existed in the Russian state and had sometimes very great cultural differences and special historical destiny. The authors made a very successful attempt to highlight the main problematic aspects of the history and culture of the Cossacks. The genre of essay chosen for creating a collective monograph, has allowed not only to identify the most relevant topics of the Cossack history and culture, but also to consider them in relation and development. Each essay contains material that allows to identify the most important problems of different historical periods and various Cossack communities. Together, we get an idea not only about the history of the Cossacks, but also on the results of professional scientific developments in this area. Essays on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia-work in which the efforts of its sponsors were systematically analyzed and the main existing today information and research materials on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia were compiled into a single concept.

The proposed topic allows scientists to turn once again to the history of the existing Soviet state (USSR), created by the will of the peoples themselves in December 1922. Undoubtedly, the very fate of the peoples inhabiting its territory is connected with the history of the USSR. One of the notable features in the structure of state education was the community of Soviet Germans, who had to go through many transformations at different stages of the development of Soviet statehood. В статье на основе архивных документов, итогов исследования проблемы переселений в Союзе ССР, России раскрыто содержание мер, проводимых коммунистической партией и органами государственной власти принудительных переселений в 1930-1950-е годы, показана специфика принимавшихся мер в разных регионах страны, причины, вызвавшие к жизни антигуманные акции, выявлены многочисленные количественные характеристики этих событий. Введение. Проблема управления территориями, включая и Тмутараканский уезд, расположенный на восто... more Введение. Проблема управления территориями, включая и Тмутараканский уезд, расположенный на восточном берегу Керченского пролива, взаимодействие населения по вектору «народы и власть» давно выступают самостоятельным предметом исследования. Отмечены имевшие место преобразования системы управления Черноморским казачьим войском, контакты с царским двором. Анализируются события, связанные со сложной военно-политической обстановкой по линии соприкосновения с разными этническими общностями на западных границах казачьего войска. Названы планы по преобразованию территории края и даже обустройству станицы Тамани в качестве столицы Черноморского казачьего войска. Методы. Представленное научное повествование базируется на применении разных методов исследования, таких как историко-системный метод, позволяющий раскрыть структуру и механизм государственного управления своими составляющими частями, чем объяснялась частая дислокация их центров, в частности Черноморского войска казаков, местничеств, приставств; информационный метод, дающий возможность выстраивать событийный ряд с его анализом перемещения населения, миграционных процессов, когда отсутствовало понимание принудительного переселения, а господствовала формула «во имя батюшки царя»; репрезентативный метод, повышающий интерес к собственным локальным историям. Разнообразие методов исторического исследования, которые находят комплексное применение в условиях современного изучении событий, позволяют ученым исследовать и ограниченные пространством и временными рамками события, игравшие заметную роль в единении территорий и сообществ разных народов. Это дает возможность выявить причины их формирования, развития, наполняемость событийного ряда, специфику, особенности и подвести итоги. В полной мере этому служит предлагаемый метод Мишеля Фуко. Макроистория как раз и содействует решению задачи. В повествовании, события рассмотрены в широком сравнительном контексте истории. Результаты. Исследование базируется на имеющихся работах предшественников и открытых новых архивных материалов. This article represents a review of the collective monograph "Essays on the history and culture o... more This article represents a review of the collective monograph "Essays on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia", published in 2014 under the auspices of the Southern Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Volgograd branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The review provides a critical analysis of the material in the collective monograph on the problems of studying the history and culture of the Cossacks. The author notes that the revival of Cossacks that began in the 1990s, not only drew attention to the Cossack problem in modern Russia, but also stimulated scientific and public interest in the history and culture of the Cossacks. Russian Cossacks have rich past and its culture is colorful and specific, its role in the history of Russia is significant. Issues of origin and development of the Cossacks, their place among the peoples of Russia, the specificity of cultural practices are constantly causing great interest for researchers. All this has led scientistsspecialists in the history and culture of the Cossacks to the idea of the creation of this scientific work, which has become a generalization of accumulated research experience on the most important issues of the Cossacks' historical existence. The authors of the monograph limited their research by Southern Russia because of the complexity of creating general work on all Cossack troops which have historically existed in the Russian state and had sometimes very great cultural differences and special historical destiny. The authors made a very successful attempt to highlight the main problematic aspects of the history and culture of the Cossacks. The genre of essay chosen for creating a collective monograph, has allowed not only to identify the most relevant topics of the Cossack history and culture, but also to consider them in relation and development. Each essay contains material that allows to identify the most important problems of different historical periods and various Cossack communities. Together, we get an idea not only about the history of the Cossacks, but also on the results of professional scientific developments in this area. Essays on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia-work in which the efforts of its sponsors were systematically analyzed and the main existing today information and research materials on the history and culture of the Cossacks of Southern Russia were compiled into a single concept.
