One of the country's foreign exchange earnings is from the Indonesian Labor sector, in this case ... more One of the country's foreign exchange earnings is from the Indonesian Labor sector, in this case they work as laborers abroad. Female workers who come from Indonesia who work abroad usually become domestic helpers, mill hand and other abusive sectors. However, the nickname 'pahlawan devisa' does not guarantee that Indonesian workers are treated like heroes. There are still many polemics faced by migrant workers abroad, such as being treated unfairly and arbitrarily by their employers, to the death penalty cases for migrant workers abroad. Using a normative legal approach, and through literature studies, the Republic of Indonesia is committed to providing legal protection for its people even though they are in trouble abroad through applicable international law.

Students become agents of empowerment after changes that play a role in the physical and non-phys... more Students become agents of empowerment after changes that play a role in the physical and non-physical development of a nation which is then supported by one of its functions as agents of change. With the MBKM program, the Merdeka Batch 2 Student exchange, the functions of these students can implement, create a change for society. Objective: to increase knowledge in the field of nutrition and health through measuring body weight and educating students. Method: The measurement of nutritional status is carried out by measuring body weight and then calculating the Z score based on age and comparing it to WHO standards 2005. Conclusion: Nutrition programs in groups of school children has a broad impact not only on the current aspects of health, nutrition and education but also directly affects the quality of human resources in the future.

Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan edukasi tentang cara cucitangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar untuk menghindari masuknya bakteri ke dalamtubuh yang menempel pada tangan. Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) merupakansalah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit. Jika upaya PHBS dilaksanakan dengan baik, makaupaya ini akan menjadi upaya yang efektif untuk mencegah penyakit menular sepertipenyakit akibat dampak perubahan iklim. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Parallel Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Esa Unggul University, Kebon Jeruk. The questionnaires collected were 119 respondents, the data was then processed by the multiple linear regression method. The results of data analysis carried out with the help of SPSS 26 software for Windows. From the results of the study, the Work Life Balance variable has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with an Unstandardized Beta value of 0.582 which means that Work Life Balance has a positive influence on Burnout in working students. The research aims to empirically prove the influence of organizational culture, work environment,... more The research aims to empirically prove the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on job satisfaction. We use sampling technology using a total of 96 respondents in a population of 126 employees from the Jakarta local government. A multiple linear regression model is applied to estimate and analyze research hypotheses. The empirical findings of the study prove that the environment, culture, and work motivation both partially and simultaneously determine job satisfaction. This study was conducted with Other Service Providers and local officials of the DKI Jakarta Regional Wealth Management Agency, further studies may be conducted by other companies. No one has specifically investigated public officials from other private service providers (PJLPs) of the Jakarta Regional Wealth Management Agency.

Consumers have become a demanding target and an important factor to running fashion business. Fas... more Consumers have become a demanding target and an important factor to running fashion business. Fashion is accepted by the consumers and influences their behavior in many ways to buy a new product. Shopping is an activity that certainly done because of need or simply to fulfill a desire. The aim of this study was to analyze consumer preferences in online shopping between Tokopedia and Shopee based on price factor, website quality, product diversity and convenience. This research was conducted by quantitative method, which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses Independent Sample t-test as an analysis tool. Analysis and discussion of this study found that there were significant differences between Tokopedia and Shopee as measured by the price and diversity of products, and there was no significant difference measured from the factors of website quality and convenience. From these results also showed the average consumer preference is more dominant on Tokopedia than Shopee in terms of price, website quality and product diversity, while Shopee has a way of comfort greater than Tokopedia. This means that consumers prefer to buy at Tokopedia stores rather than Shopee, but Shopee can survive by attracting consumers with its convenience. With the current study of research, the advice applied in this study is that consumers are attracted to the website that are profitable for them and ultimately lead them to shopping online.

The population in this study is the overall Consumers who have used and made purchases at the online shop selling Tokopedia and the number is not known for certain. Samplesin this research are 150 respondent with the method of hair sampling. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is the Path Analysis. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 responden dengan Metode Hair Sampling. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemudahan penggunaan pada situs Tokopedia.
