This study uses the dependent variable, namely subjective well-being and the independent variables, namely mindfulness, hope, and employability. This research method is a quantitative method with a Likert scale model and Semantic Differential as a data collection tool. The data analysis of this research is a multiple regression analysis technique with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The subjects of this study were students from the TPKP, TPK, TPPK study programs with the criteria of semester VI. The sampling technique using Quota Sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that mindfulness, hope, and employability have a very significant relationship with subjective well-being. Partially, each independent variable, namely mindfulness, hope, and employability, has a very significant relationship with subjective well-being. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between mindfulness, hope, and employer with subjective well-being.

Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 guru perempuan SMK di Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik simple random sampling . Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala subjective well-being dan skala budaya organisasi . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi sederhana. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan dengan nilai t = 22,658. p = 0,000 (p< 0,01) menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara subjective well-being dengan budaya organisasi . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap subjective well-being guru perempuan SMK di Kota Yogyakarta.

Every person has the power to flourish by maximizing all his or her abilities in order to obtain ... more Every person has the power to flourish by maximizing all his or her abilities in order to obtain a quality and prosperous life-including away-from-home students. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the flourishing of Nias students in the city of Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective. The sampling technique used was purposive. Six male away-from-home students were involved, and the inclusion criteria were: 1) participants are from the Nias area; 2) can communicate well; 3) have lived in a boarding house in Yogyakarta for at least one year; 4) have entered at least third semester; 5) aged 18-25 years; 6) willing to be a research participant, as evidenced by a research informed-consent sheet. Data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews with the research sample. Furthermore, this data will be analyzed using content analysis. Nias students who face new environments develop characteristics of positive emotions, engagement, and positive relations in adapting to new environments. Nias students flourish in unfamiliar contexts with family and community support, enabling them to thrive there.

This research paper aims to discover the effects of self-efficacy and gender on the work-family b... more This research paper aims to discover the effects of self-efficacy and gender on the work-family balance levels of employees working in Yogyakarta. The research subjects consisted of 76 employees, half of them are male and the other half are female, working in both public and private sectors. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods. The data was collected by using two scales, which are work-family balance scales and self-efficacy scales. The chosen data analysis technique in this research is regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that self-efficacy that is based on gender does have an effect on work-family balance, with an R = 0.464 with the value of p = 0.014 (p < 0.05). There is a correlation between self-efficacy with work-family balance levels in female employees if it is controlled by p = 0.022 (p < 0.05). However, self-efficacy has no effect to work-family balance levels in male employees if it is controlled by p = 0.058 (p > 0.05).

Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan skala model likert sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa employ well-being, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri. memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan employability. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan dan Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Moyudan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Secara parsial masingmasing variabel independent yaitu employ well-being,kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan employability. The subjects of this study were 100 junior high school teachers in Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis techniques which will then be calculated with the help of the SPSS version 20.0 for windows application. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala regulasi emosi, konformitas teman sebaya, dan skala perilaku agresi. Pengambilan data penelitian melalui google form yang disebarkan secara online. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solusion for windows 26.0. This qualitative phenomenological study collected data using a semi-structured interview. Data were collected from six street mothers aged 18-40 years living in the dense residence of Kali Code, Karanganyar, Brontokusuman, Mergangsan, and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The content analysis was used in this research, and the results showed that street mothers were satisfied with their current lives. Some of the reasons for their satisfaction include having a place to stay, gathering with their family every day, having a job, having independent earning, supporting children's education, and meeting their family's needs. This study also found that life satisfaction was associated with feeling satisfied with the self, family life, health, job, and community environment. This study aimed to describe senior women's subjective well-being and its underlying factor. This... more This study aimed to describe senior women's subjective well-being and its underlying factor. This study was conducted in Yogyakarta and Madura with six senior women aged 60 years and above. Phenomenological qualitative study was applied. The data were collected using interview and observation. Data were analysed using content analysis. The participants were recruited using purposive sampling technique. This study found that the subjective well-being of late adults can be viewed from both cognitive and affective components: life satisfaction, health, productive activities, life enjoyment, and confidence. Some adverse effects were also revealed, such as feelings of loneliness, sadness, and stress. The result of other studies found that religiosity, social relations, leisure time, success and family support are contributing factors that influence the subjective wellbeing of late adult people. The results of the study can be used as a reference for counselors to consider senior women subjective well-being in providing guidance and counseling services. Efforts can be made to develop subjective well-being in senior women through elderly counseling.
