The purpose of this study is to examine a new subclass of Hurwitz–Lerch Zeta mappings with negative coefficients in the unit disc U={z∈C:|z|<1}. We explore fundamental characteristics of the defined class, such as coefficient inequality, neighborhoods, partial sums, and integral means properties.

The working medium is an incompressible, Newtonian, viscous and electrically conducting fluid. A stagnation point occurs whenever a flow impinges on a solid object and it holds the highest pressure. The fluid divided into two streams when the fluid hits at stagnation point and the viscous flow adheres to the plate. The uniform magnetic field is applied in the direction normal to the vertical plate. Since the magnetic Reynolds number is too small, the induced magnetic field is negligible. There is no Hall effect and Joule heating. The porous medium is modeled by Darcy’s law and the porous medium is isotropic and homogeneous. The porous medium is in thermodynamic equil...

Transcervical approach for its excision is a challenging procedure in view of limited exposure and presence of important neurovascular structures in the field. We present a clinical case of a left sided plunging ranula extending into the parapharyngeal space till skull base in a 19 year old male who presented to a tertiary care hospital with complaints of slowly increasing swelling in neck and oral cavity for duration of six months. Ultrasound neck revealed well defined heterogeneously hypoechoic collection in left submandibular region. Contrast enhanced computed tomography revealed a non-enhancing, cystic mass involving left submandibular space extending into left parapharyngeal space till skull base and absent left submandibular gland. Ranula measuring 10cm*6cm was excised in to by tanscervical approach without damage to any neurovascular struct...
