The focus of the organizations remains on the macro level, but the micro level (i.e., employee’s perspective) is neglected. Using the conservation of resource theory (COR), this study examines the association between organizational change and workplace incivility. This study also proposes mediating and moderating mechanisms of stress and emotional exhaustion. The data were collected from 262 respondents working in public sector organizations in Pakistan using a time-lagged technique. The results proved that change significantly impacts workplace incivility. Moreover, stress mediates their relationship and emotional exhaustion moderates it. Furthermore, emotional exhaustion also moderates the stress–incivility relationship. Public sector organizations must focus on well-planned, inclusive, and adequately managed change processes to achieve the desired outcome; otherwise, adverse behaviors, including incivility, manifest. However, brand awareness alone might not be sufficient to enhance consumers’ purchase intentions in the age of digital communication. Therefore, to paint a more comprehensive picture of this relationship, the paper seeks to address how and when does brand awareness lead to purchase intention in the age of digital communication? Based on the quantitative design, 208 responses conveniently collected were analyzed, and PLS-SEM was employed to examine the hypothesized relationships. The study clarifies empirically the indirect effect of brand awareness, consumer attitude, and purchase intention in the age of digital communication. The study also provides new insights into the moderated-meditation relationship, results indicate that brand awareness in the presence of celebrity endorsement will develop a positive attitude...

This study investigated the consumer attitude towards unsolicited mobile-based advertisement related messages in Pakistan. Data was collected via purposive sampling technique. Statistical tests such as t-test and one- and two-way ANOVA between groups were performed. Findings of the study revealed the existence of significant differences in the mean scores for age, education, and profession. Furthermore, results of two-way ANOVA revealed the presence of significant main effect for age and gender, whereas no interaction effect was found for such variables. The study, interestingly, found the interactive role of profession, which was further probed and confirmed via post-hoc test. CSR can be aligned with HR strategies to get employees boost and committed to their organization. CSR strategy from an employee perspective may become a rare, valuable, non-substitutable and inimitable resource that gives organizations’ strategic and sustainable competitive advantages. The study concludes CSR is a promising area that affects employee’s attitudes and behaviors within the framework of HRM. Current literature is inconsistent and lacks maturity. The present study integrates CSR with attitudes and behaviors from an innovation perspective. CSR as a strategic resource is an attraction for stakeholders, including employees.

The need to conduct research in this area is due to the growing importance of service quality in the healthcare sector. Thus, examining the two-sided role of service quality dimensions on patient satisfaction in the Province of KP is the main rationale behind the present study. METHODS The data was conveniently collected from a sample of 600 patients and 200 service providers from six districts headquarter hospitals. The hypothesized relationships were tested via multiple regression analysis with the application of SPSS Version 23. RESULTS Interestingly, divergent results were found from both perspectives. Six dimensions of service quality were found critical by the patients for their satisfaction whereas, only one dimension was found to be critical for p...

Therefore, this study inspects the degree to which there is statistical significance that entrepreneur skills and entrepreneur traits predict the success of marble manufacturing businesses operating in the KPK Province, Pakistan. In order to do this, we used PLS-SEM analysis on data collected from 82 small-scale mineral-based marble manufacturing units in the KPK Province to examine these possible effects. Firstly, we empirically identified that the three dimensions of entrepreneur skills (managerial, resiliency, and strategic) are dimensions of entrepreneur skills in the marble manufacturing sector. The empirical results further support the relationship between entrepreneur skills, entrepreneur traits, and successful marble manufacturing. Secondly, we found that entrepreneur skills have a significant positive effect on the success of marble manufacturing within the KPK Province. It was further found that the effect of entrepreneur traits on the success of marble manufacturing in the KPK Province was marginally significant. Finally, the study develops a theoretical framework based on the collected empirical evidence.
