There has always been an interest in economical and efficient communication. Image compression is a method of eliminating redundancies should be built in normal language representation. Image compression is minimizing the size in bytes of a graphics file without degrading the quality of the image to an unacceptable level. The reduction in file size allows more images to be stored in a given amount of disk or memory space. It also reduces the time required for images to be sent over the Internet or downloaded from Web pages. A few techniques or methods can be used to compress an image. Segmentation Based Coding, Directional Filtering Based Coding, Recognition Based Coding, Fractal, Wavelet and JPEG are famous techniques in image compression. This research explores three comparative methods, which are widely used. They are Wavelet Method, Fractal Method and JPEG Method. The main objective of this research is to find the best method for colour image compression between Wavelet, Fractal and JPEG using three parameters which are compressed file size, compression ratio and peak signal noise ratio. Image compression system has been developed using C++ Builder and 200 data from the Internet was using with different file sizes (range between 359 Kb to 725 Kb) were used for system testing purposes. Are four phases involved in this research are data collection, designing, development and testing and evaluation phase. On finding shows that Wavelet method is the best method for colour image compression compared to Fractal and JPEG.

In the era of digitization, heart patients are relying more on cardiovascular disease (CVD) health monitoring applications on mobile devices to monitor their hearts' conditions. In order for the applications to be usable by the CVD patients, several usability aspects such as ease of use, learnability, effectiveness, flexibility and attitude of users are imperative in determining the usability of the applications. This research investigates the integration of usability aspects into CVD health monitoring application by usability engineers and system developers. This research employs Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on usability aspects of CVD health monitoring applications. This research proposes a conceptual model called the Usability of Cardiovascular Health Monitoring Application Model (uCALM). The model aims to improve the usability aspects of CVD health monitoring application for the benefits of the patients and their cardiologists.

The study demonstrates the importance of involvement of children as design partners. Eleven (11) students aged 8 to 12 years from a local government school participated in the study. Educational softwares used in the study were three applications to help children learn mathematics. Observations and survey methods were used to evaluate fun, learning, and ease of use. We used Smileyometer and Fun Sorter as tools for the children to evaluate the applications. We found that the Fun Sorter was a better evaluation tool for children. Results of the study show that children were aware of their needs for learning. They were able to produce creative ideas in designing an educational software for learning mathematics. The children believe that educational software should mainly focus on learning, but at the same time it should be fun and exciting.

Methods The study was carried out in three rounds by getting and analysing the opinions from experts. The research question was identified and circulated to all participant. SPSS application software was then used to analyse the reports from experts by evaluating the min, median, as well as interquartile. Therefore, all objects were analysed, and those objects with a high value were selected. Results The results in this article were from three rounds of discussion with experts. Towards the end of this article, we showed a statistically significant result from all rounds interviews. We first, carried out with fifteen (15) main components in CTO based on literature reviews and later we dropped four (4) out of fifteen (15) components based on experts’ recommendation during the first-round session. We reconciled our CTO to eleven (11) components at the second round of session and the outcome was that the quartile deviation value was ≤ 0.5 and all the experts firmly agreed on the elements of CTO at final round assessment. Conclusions Based on the result, it shows the CTO ontology is suitable and effective to apply in mobile apps system to store knowledge of disaster and information of emergency response on the device. Moreover, the apps that will develop can utilise CTO as a reference and guideline especially to those who interested in this area

It is a situation where the level and work skillset that are available do not match the market demands and the individual does not know how to identify the skills that they have. To deal with this problem, prediction techniques is used to assist in identifying workappropriate skills for individual. Thus, a systematic literature review (SLR) on predicting work skillsets using prediction techniques is proposed. The aim of this study is to give an overview on the prediction techniques that have been used to predict work skillset and the accuracy of the techniques. We use SLR to identify 383 prediction techniques studies for identifying skills published from 2014 to 2019. As a result, 9 studies report adequate information and methodology according to our criteria and apply. From the studies, classification techniques are used for predicting work skillset. The algorithms used is Random Forest with precision is 99%.

Figural creativity skill is the ability to create something new, a new manner, and produce something different from its initial state in providing solutions to the problems faced. One of the IR 4.0 technologies that can improve creativity is robotic technology, but the implementation of robotic technology in education still requires an appropriate learning activity. This study aims to design the new robotic learning activities and analyze their implementation to increase Figural creativity variables. Figural creativity variables consist of four variables: elaboration, flexibility, fluency, and originality. A total of 23 students were recruited in a user study experiment, ages 9-12 years old. Figural creativity skill of students measured by Figural Creativity Test (TKF). This study used mix method approach. The results showed that the new robotic learning activity design could fulfill the valid criteria; expert suggestions are subject to fixing this learning activity. The new robotic learning activity design was implemented in the robotic course. The paired sample t-test showed that robotic learning activity design has a significant difference between pre-test score and post-test score, and it can improve students' elaboration, flexibility, fluency, and originality. It has a growing impact on all figural creativity variables (fluency = 60.9%, flexibility=56.6%, elaboration = 26.6%, originality =39.3%).
