Systemic corticosteroid use in the treatment of SJS has been debated in the medical literature for many decades. The current reported cases of SJS showed improvement after uses of systemic corticosteroids along with maintenance of the oral hygiene health.

The most important implicator after surgery of the primary tumor, it may lead to new cancers (second primary tumor or local recurrence), depending on the exact site and time interval. Tobacco and alcohol are independent risk factors, when combined, they have a synergistic effect. It’s difficult to detect early lesions by clinical and histologic examination. Early detection improves long-term survival, although multiple resections are often necessary. This is a case report of 68 years old Sudanese male with a wide field of cancerization around a well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.

Oral lesions seem to occur as chronic ulcers, nodular or granular areas. Most extra-pulmonary lesions represent secondary infections of a primary lung infectious focus; therefore, early and accurate diagnosis is required for planning of the best treatment and strategies to control the disease.

The most frequent affected sites intraoral are the mucosa of the buccal area and alveolus, also the gingiva. It's a locally aggressive tumor. Generally it is related to tobacco use specially the chewed and snuffed types, hence it named "snuff dipper's cancer'', the recurrence is high due to the dysplastic cells around the tumor. This is a case of Sudanese male diagnosed with verrucous carcinoma in the Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic.

In Sudan, it's widely practiced among young population; it can give rise to sub-mucous fibrosis, leukoplakia, snuff dipper's lesion, squamous cell carcinoma. The current case report has typical features of snuff dippers lesions (keratosis) in a young Sudanese male who had history of smokeless tobacco dipping in the labial vestibules for a long term.

This is a case report of lingual lymphatic malformation in a 32 years old Sudanese male treated with hot saline and intra lesion steroids.

Lichen planus (LP) is a severe and painful disease, commonly involve the mucosa of the oral cavity, though it’s a mucocutaneous autoimmune disease found mostly in the absence of skin lesions. Oral lichen planus is the target of much controversy, mainly owing to its prospective malignant potentiality. In this case report, we present a 36 years old Sudanese male with lichen planus of tongue successfully managed with systemic steroids.

It affects the mucosal surfaces and present clinically with varied forms ranging from minor localized mucosal lesions to a more severe, extensive mucocutaneous epithelial necrosis known as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Here we report a case of EM in a 37year-old Sudanese female who developed the lesions after using a lip stick.
