This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Ho... more This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research resultshowed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran profil kreativitas siswa yang diukur mengguna... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran profil kreativitas siswa yang diukur menggunakan asesmen autentik dalam pembelajaran PjBL-STEM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan model sequence exploratory. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas 7 di salah satu SMP Negeri Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kreativitas adalah lembar observasi kreativitas dan rubrik, lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PjBL-STEM, dan lembar peer assessment. Analisis data kreativitas (proses) menggunakan IRT Graded Respons Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kreativitas (proses) pada pertemuan 1 dan pertemuan 2 berkategori sedang, dan profil kreativitas (produk) berkategori tinggi. Kriteria penilaian tertinggi diperoleh oleh kriteria 3 sebesar 58,33 dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan kriteria terendah ada pada kriteria 4 sebesar 45,83 dengan kategori sedang. The purpose of this research was to study the correlation betweenchanges of nutritional patient status with change of CD4 cell counted of HIV/AIDS. This study was observational and analyticalcohort design retrospective design using secondary data from the medical records of patients with HIV/AIDS. The sample wasHIV/AIDS patients who aged over 18 year-old getting therapy since 2010 and regularly check their CD4 count every six months for18 months with 4 times the observations. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) merupakan pembangkit listrik skala kecil dengan daya kurang dari 100 Kw yang memanfaatkan tenaga air sebagai sumber penghasil energi. In fact, they are not able to write it even not interested in writing because they cannot organize the ideas and think that wrting in English is difficult. The researcher wants to find out whether using Think Pair Share (TPS) technique can improve students’ achievement in writing descriptive text. The method which was used in this research was correlational research. The population of the research was the undergraduate EFL students of English education study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in academic year 2016/2017. The population are 455 students from four different semesters in this research. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique which consist of 102 students. There are two variables in this research. The first one was students’ collocational knowledge (variable X) and the second one was students’ reading comprehension achievement (variable Y). The students’ collocational knowledge score was taken from the collmatch test whereas the student’ reading comprehension achievement was taken from TOEFL test. To value the cultural heritage and to care for it as a treasure bequeathed to us by our ancestors is the major responsibility of libraries. The past records constitute a natural resource and are indispensable to the present generation as well as to the generations to come. Libraries preserve the documentary heritage resources for which they are primarily responsible. Any loss of such materials is simply irreplaceable. However, teachers of English, especially in Indonesia are facing challenges in carrying out assessment. This paper aims to review the challenges as well as the opportunities faced by teachers of English in classroom assessment practices. The challenges and problems coming from pedagogical competence include teachers’ knowledge of implementing assessment practices, the curriculum mandate, and tools in supporting teaching and assessment activity. This study aimed to analyze the effect of perceived value on patient loyalty, both directly and i... more This study aimed to analyze the effect of perceived value on patient loyalty, both directly and indirectly through the patient satisfaction variable. Methods: This research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. Among 187 patients at the outpatient installation's Hasanuddin University Hospital was selected through purposive sampling technique with the inclusion criteria such as non-insurance patient at least twice visits on their own, not because doctor's preference. Path analyses used to know the level of magnitude and significance of a causal relationship. Results: The indirect path's coefficient value 0.348 is greater the direct path's coefficient which is only 0.041. It was determined that perceived value affected patient loyalty indirectly through patient satisfaction. Regression shows that the satisfaction variable 12.589 times more influential on loyalty than the perceived value which is only 2.344 times. Conclusion: To increase loyalty, patient need to be satisfied firstly, especially those related to aspects of doctor services.
