Master class preoccupied with administrative attention when using the reference curriculum of 2013. Parents are focused on achieving value for students and some scolded by their parents when students get low scores. In the process of observation when students asked about his ideals, partly unable to answer and partly answer became idolized artist. Supposedly career development stages of primary school age children that must be passed is the fantasy stage, where students in primary schools have ideals very high according to his fantasy to these ideals. Metode dalam penelitian program bimbingan karir adalah pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan desain Mixed Methods Research yaitu suatu desain penelitian yang didasari asumsi filosofis sebagaimana metoda inkuiri Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model program bimbingan karir untuk mengembangkan sikap wirausaha siswa SMK.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, diperoleh gambaran sikap wirausaha siswa SMK N 2 Kudus berkategori sangat tinggi. The method of this research is counseling guidance action research. It is one of the strategic ways for counseling teachers to improve education services that should be organized in the context of classroom services and improving the quality of overall school programs. Counseling group with Pictorial Riddle media in an effort to improve achievement motivation early child is done in 4 stages namely: stage of formation, intermediate stage, activity stage and cover. Pictorial Riddle media entrance at the core stage of the activity stage. Kematangan karir merupakan kemampuan individu dalam pengambilan keputusan tentang pendidikan lanjutan dan pekerjaan yang didasari oleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Hal tersebut mengasumsikan bahwa perkembangan kematangan karir merupakan peranan individu dalam dunia yang mereka tempati. Describe the activities of researchers in carrying out group counseling services with behavior contract techniques in reducing the dysfunctional academic procrastination of students of class XI MIPA 2 Senior High School 1 Jakenan, 2. Reducing the dysfunctional behavior of academic procrastination after getting counseling group behavior counseling services for students class XI MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Jakenan. This research was designed using the guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) with the subject of 8 students of class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 1 Jakenan who have dysfunctional problems of academic procrastination. This type of research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research. Subjects studied were students of class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 1 Jakenan, as many as 8 students who had dysfunctional academic procrastination behavior Dysfunctional academic procrastination in students can be reduced after group counseling services are provided with a behavior contract technique. This is evident from the pre cycle results obtained an average of 21 with a very high category. While the first cycle obtained an average score of 35 with enough categories. In the second cycle the second cycle obtained a score of 49 with a very low category. So as to experience an increase of 28 scores from pre-cycle to cycle II, meaning that students do not delay in starting and completing assignments, do not postpone reading learning notes, do not do time assignments, do no other activities that are more fun, have a sense of academic responsibility , do not fear being wrong about the task at hand is very low.
