The best option of this wireless technology is long coverage range, low power consumption required, secured end-to-end encryption, and low cost. Some of the wireless technologies like, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee are other types of wireless technology that consumed more energy and have shorter coverage areas compared to LoRa. By using wireless technology, various problems are being solved, for example, issues related to education, agriculture, health, natural disaster, etc. Based on my findings I found that there are still some issues related to range, cost, stability, and availability, for flood alert systems. In this project, a LoRa-based wireless network is developed, that works as an intelligent flood alert system.
