This study focused on the behavior of road user (biker/rider), especially around the Gendengan In... more This study focused on the behavior of road user (biker/rider), especially around the Gendengan Intersection in Surakarta. This study aims to determine the types of violations, the causes, and effects that occur around the intersection. The primary data used are observation data of violations and questionnaires of 400 respondents. This study also uses data of traffic accidents and violations from the SATLANTAS of Surakarta Police and the IRSMS of KORLANTAS POLRI. The analysis refers to Law No.22 of 2009. Based on the Police data analysis, there are 87.98% of violations in Surakarta related to driver behavior, while using the primary data it was found around 48.32%. Lack of awareness of orderly traffic causes the driver to ignore his safety. This can be seen from the percentage of respondents who answered YES greater than NO happening in almost all violation types. Traffic violations can be a major factor in traffic accidents. This paper presents the results of research on the durability of Asphalt Concrete-Wear Asphalt (... more This paper presents the results of research on the durability of Asphalt Concrete-Wear Asphalt (AC-WC) mixture using latex material to water immersion. Resistance to warm water immersion is intended to measure the durability of asphalt mixture in serving traffic loads against the influence of water and temperature factors. The use of latex material is intended to improve the performance of the mixture. This research uses a laboratory-scale test. The specimen of AC-WC added with latex was tested for its tensile strength using the Indirect Tensile Strength (ITS) test. Other specimens are immersed in water at 60°C with a continuous and periodic soaking system. The continuous immersion was carried out for 0, 24, 48, and 72 hours, while the periodic immersion was carried out for 12 hours soaked and 12 hours exposed alternately. Pengenalan situs sejarah candi dimaksudkan untuk menambah pengetahuan khususnya masyarakat sekitar situs. Karena untuk melestarikan situs sejarah diawali dengan kegiatan mengenal mengenai situs candi Kalicilik. Data dan informasi diperoleh dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi berupa video kegiatan pengenalan situs candi Kalicilik. Bakti dan pengenalan candi dilakukan dengan membersihkan lingkungan sekitar situs candi dan mengenalkan situs kepada siswa SD 1 Candirejo mengenai sejarahnya. Selama proses pengenalan berlangsung siswa antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan, dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan evaluasi. The data about the road conditions must be managed properly to ensure the safety and accessibilit... more The data about the road conditions must be managed properly to ensure the safety and accessibility of information in the context of road maintenance. The present study aims to create a reliable and accessible database which able to store road conditions data. The method was by combining the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method with Google Maps, XAMPP, Notepad ++ and Botstrap software. The results of the analysis obtained several parameters of road conditions, including road damages, PCI values, density, deduct value and corrected deduct value. The developed website design is a GIS-based database application with the display of two main menus, namely the "ROAD DATA" menu and the "SURVEY ROAD MAP" menu. The first menu contains data on road conditions from the analysis using the PCI method, while the second menu contains a map of the distribution of points of the road segments for every distance of 1 km. Information related to how to use the database is displayed in the application manual which contains how to activate XAMPP, Apache, and MySQL and also the website on localhost, as well as how to display road condition data.

Counseling is an integral part of e-counseling services. Various applications have been developed to support the implementation of BK in Indonesia, as well as with use of other technologies that can support the implementation of guidance and counseling services. E-counseling services in general and in particular online counseling are an alternative attempt to do by counselors in an effort to prevent, reduce and eliminate the problem. Counselors should have a mastery of the technology and has a minimum competency in the administration of e-counseling services, at least insights about e-counseling services. In spite of their significance, they remain in decline. The change of seagrass beds will affect the associated animals. Some animals that live on seagrass beds protected by IUCN Red Data List and CITES 1973. Yet the data have not been properly recorded. The aim of this study was to find out the existence of marine animals protected by the Red Data List and CITES 1973 IUCN, especially in seagrass ecosystems in Indonesia. The method used in this research is mix method with desk study approach and presentation of data analyzed through review. The results of the study show that changes in seagrass ecosystems will affect the presence of migratory marine animals and those who live and settle in this ecosystem. The competitives layer will learn automatically to classify the input vector given. If some input vectors has the short distance then the input vector will be grouped into the same class. The LVQ method can be used to classify the data into some classes or categories. At this paper, the LVQ method will be applied to classify if someone is suffer potenciate of heart desease or not. The data that be trained are 268 data of heart desease patient from UCI (University of California at Irvine) with 10 variables that are factors influence that infected of heart desease. From some trials showed that the learning rate (α) = 0.25, decrease of learning rate (Decα) = 0.1, and the minimum learning rate (Minα) = 0.001 are values that give a good prediction with level of accuracy is about 66.79 %.
