This disease occurs among children, especially those aged 3-11 years or elementary school-age children. Several factors which can promote the spread of pediculosis capitis infestation are socio-economic factors, knowledge level, poor personal hygiene, residential density, and individual characteristics (age and sex). This study aimed to determine the association between individual characteristics, personal hygiene, and environmental sanitation to pediculosis capitis in students of Mentokok Elementary School, West Praya, Central Lombok. Methods: This research was analytical observational study with cross-sectional approach using purposive sampling technique with sample of 46 students. Peningkatan jumlah kasus berlangsung cukup cepat, dan menyebar ke berbagai negara dalam waktu singkat. Untuk mencegah penularan Covid19 di seluruh desa maka pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan edukasi ibu-ibu PKK untuk penerapan Protokol Kesehatan dan penggunaan Antiseptik alami. Sasaran PKM adalah ibu-ibu PKK di desa Karang Bayan Kecamatan Lingsar Lombok Barat berjumlah 40 orang. Parasit yang menghisap darah dan menghabiskan seluruh siklus hidup di manusia. Daun mengkudu dan daun serai mengandung senyawa aktif yang diduga berfungsi sebagai insektisida alami yang dapat membunuh Pediculus humanus capitis. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sediaan bubuk kombinasi daun serai (C. citrates) dan daun mengkudu (M. citrifolia) sebagai insektisida alami terhadap P. humanus capitis. Metode Penelitan: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperiment dengan sampel kutu kepala yang diberi bubuk kombinasi daun serai (C. citrates) dan daun mengkudu (M. citrifolia) perbandingan 1: 1, 1: 2, 2: 1 dan aquadest sebagai kontrol. Kubis banyak megandung nutrien yang mempunyai nutrisi tinggi seperti vitamin, mineral, dietary fiber, glukosinolates, polyphenol dan phenolic acid. Disamping itu juga kubis mengandung peptida yang berperan sebagai imunoglobulin production stimulating factor (IPSF) sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai imunostimulator yang akan dapat meningkatkan sistem imun tubuh dengan cara merangsang peningkatan sistem fagositik dan produksi interleukin 5.
