I am a seasoned consummate professional with years of pertinent HR/Administrative experience. Within these years, I have successfully honed my skills in key aspects of Human Resource Management and Administration. My experience in HR/Admin cut across recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement action plans, talent development, talent pipeline development, training, performance evaluation, succession planning etc. I consider my major work place potencies to include: focused on the bottom-line, understanding the business, change agent, demonstrating personal flexibility, communicating effectively, and managing work processes. As an Administrator, I consider myself to be a strategic business partner and an employee champion.
