Precisely, the paper has twofold objectives: to investigatethe effect of innovation on firm performance and: to explore influence of risk taking on entrepreneurial firm performance Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative survey was conducted with a total of 250entrepreneurs participating in this survey. Findings – The results suggest that innovation has a significant positive effect on firm performance. Furthermore, risk-taking also have a statistically significant influence on firm performance. Research limitations/implications – The study just focused on only the entrepreneurial businesses in the capital city. Future explorative studies in a similar vein may be executed through channels of national and local development agencies to capture other entrepreneurial business. More and more people are motivated by one thing or the other to start a business. Globally, this ... more More and more people are motivated by one thing or the other to start a business. Globally, this entrepreneurship has become the main trend. Drawing on theories from entrepreneurship literature, this paper explore which mechanism factors contributes to startup business from outside and inside trigger factor ecosystem. Logistic regression analysis method was applied to predict the startup of a business in self-organized enterprise using market opportunity, accumulation of experience and entrepreneurial resources as predictors using 710 samples. The results from the entrepreneur indicate that startup trigger factors demonstrated that all the three variables have a significant contribution to the prediction survey. Market opportunity, experience of entrepreneur and own current resources. Intuition of inside triggers and Startup capital, market opportunities, general training by government from outside of the opportunities that entrepreneurs have, easily enable them to startup a business.

Moreover, Wellness-tourism by industry associations to create horizontal relations between its necessity and advantage, continues to extend the industrial absorption and the tension in large industrial networks and longitudinal on the chain, which has a strong industry cluster development potential. But at present China wellness-tourism existed problems such as products design single, weak brand, lack of innovation, so as soon as possible to promote wellness service reform, to deepen the industrial chain of tourism industry divisions, to enrichment the types of projects and products, to enhance market integrity system and environment construction.

This study assesses perception and determinants of an entrepreneurial intent among international ... more This study assesses perception and determinants of an entrepreneurial intent among international students in China. The study adopted qualitative data by the use of well-structured questionnaire. A convenient sampling technique was used to sample 160 international graduate students in China. Focus was placed on examining students' perception towards entrepreneurship as well as the factors that influence international college students' entrepreneurial intentions in China. The study revealed that majority of about 87% of the sampled students' have positive perception towards entrepreneurship and its related ventures. It is concluded that majority of international students' have positive intention to venture into entrepreneurial business. Significant factors identified to influence international university students' entrepreneurial intentions in China and home-countries were found to be sex, age, educational level, perception score for entrepreneurship, taken-entrepreneur-course and perceived access to project funds/credit. It is recommended that universities should pay close attention to incorporating entrepreneurship as a course for students. Moreover, socioeconomic factors including students' age, educational level, and perception score for entrepreneurship, student's taken-entrepreneur-course and students' perceived access to project funds/credit should be given keen attention by university administrators, government and NGO's in order to facilitate innovation and development. It is potentially expected to reduce increasing unemployment in China and most developing countries.
