The analysis of these documents allows to determine the peculiarities of the activity of these institutions in relations with society and the state, methods of financing, rights and obligations of the members of these organizations, specific features of the decision-making management, insurance cases and ways of compensation. The retrospective approach used in this study makes it possible to recreate the picture of the past in the field of health care in general and health insurance in particular, even with the lack of historical and legal sources of a certain historical period. Seeing the present through a peculiar prism of the past helps to dive into the inner life of the society with all its manifestations and ideas contributing to better understanding of modern social processes. In other words, the longer you look back, the further you see ahead.

The objective of the research was to describe the effect of acantholytic pemphigus on the state of denture-supporting tissues. Materials and methods. There were used the objective (visual examination, examination of the oral cavity) and special clinical examination methods (index assessment of oral hygiene and periodontal status). All the patients were divided into two clinical groups: Group I included patients with acantholytic pemphigus requiring orthopedic treatment and Group II included patients without somatic pathology (the control group). Results and discussion. Patients of Group I complained of dryness (65.0%), bleeding gums (75.0%), petechiae (70.0%) and tongue edema (30.0%), as compared to patients of Group II who complained of bleeding gums (5.0%) and dryness (10.0%) only. The periodontal index was higher in Group I (3.41±0.75) as compared to Group II (1.72±0.15). The periodontal index increased with the increase in acantholytic pemphigus duration (from 2.78±0.70 to 3.36±0.73). Conclusions. The comparative evaluation of dental parameters showedthe deterioration of clinical condition of denturesupporting tissues, periodontal tissues of abutment teeth in Group I, and its progression with the increase in the duration of acantholytic pemphigus.

The investigation of their microstructure properties is an important issue, that can effectively modify their electronic and thermal transport properties. In this work, we show the experimental dependences of the Pb1-xSnxTe component distribution, which were identified as periodic nanostructures with an amplitude of λ ≈ 50-500 nm. The observed periodicity is explained by the generation and recombination of point defects due to diffusion processes during the synthesis, sintering, and annealing of samples. A model describing the formation of such inhomogeneities in Pb1-xSnxTe ternary alloys during isothermal annealing is proposed.

Frequent changes in various socio-economic formations and the transition of the Precarpathian region from one state to another were found to significantly influence the nature of social relations in the region. Medical and sanitary care in this region was organized according to and influenced by the laws of the state that included the Precarpathian region in the relevant historical period. Trying to expand medical care and educational work among the population in order to prevent illness and increase life expectancy during the period of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (1772-1918), the authorities and public institutions in the field of...

When both zinc and cadmium tellurides are saturated with the metal, the most probable type of the dominant point defects is the electroneutral chalcogen vacancy, the formation of which is accompanied by the significant relaxation of the nearest atoms and loss of initial symmetry.

Frequent changes of social-economic formations, transition under govern of different states, centuries wick of population from site of each of them have considerably influenced on character of social relations, particularly in sphere of health care. In such circumstances health care in this region of Ukraine for a long period of time have been built under influence and according to laws of governing states. Western Ukraine was place for approbation of laws of these states.

Based on archival, published historical documents, as well as other available information sources... more Based on archival, published historical documents, as well as other available information sources, the peculiarities of the legal status of patient funds that had been operated in the Precarpathian region during the Polish period in 1919–1939 years (the ІІ Republic of Poland, in polish II Rzeczpospolita Polska), were discussed in light of a prototypical health insurance system. It was found that modern domestic experience, although small, shows that the peculiarities of the legal status of patient funds, which operated in the Precrpathian region during the Polish period in 1919–1939 as a prototype of health insurance, have the potential to use positive historical experience and understanding of the problem of state regulation of medical activities. It is established that the legal status of patient funds, ie their position in the legal reality, is reflected in the constituent documents, and, particularly, in the main of them – in the statute of these organizations.
