When we go from a place to a destination, and return to the place, the return trip always seems s... more When we go from a place to a destination, and return to the place, the return trip always seems shorter than the outward trip, though the distance traveled and the actual duration of the trips are identical. This phenomenon is called the return trip effect.
There are many foregoing studies that provide important suggestions about the return trip effect but all the science behind it has a psycho physiological character. The aim of this work is a try to consider the return trip effect from a viewpoint of the physics.
The submitted research suggests considering the return trip effect from viewpoint of a physical electromagnetic interaction of those who are in a trip with the location of their home. The travel watches will show the same duration for the outward trip and for the return trip but the electromagnetic interactions of a traveler with the home location will result in different psycho physiological duration for the outward trips and for the return trips as shown in the submitted work.

Kinematic time dilation is a phenomenon predicted by the special theory of relativity, which desc... more Kinematic time dilation is a phenomenon predicted by the special theory of relativity, which describes how the passage of time can differ between two observers based on their relative velocities. This phenomenon was confirmed by numerous experimental studies, a vivid example of which involved experiments with atomic clocks on board airplanes flying around the Earth. The results of these experiments demonstrated that clocks moving at speed lag compared to identical clocks that remained on Earth, thereby confirming the predictions of the special theory of relativity regarding time dilation. However, discussions continue within the scientific community regarding the time dilation effect and its interpretation in the context of the special and general theories of relativity. This paper presents an analysis of the physical aspects of kinematic time dilation in a scenario involving two observers, one of whom is moving relative to their object of observation, and identifies a fundamental contradiction within the formula for kinematic time dilation. It does so not by disputing the core principles of kinematic time dilation but by highlighting the necessity for a clearer understanding of certain aspects within the special theory of relativity's framework.

Problems of the synthesis of the most effective system of supporting a heat balance of the divers... more Problems of the synthesis of the most effective system of supporting a heat balance of the divers in a pressure chamber of hyperbaric lifeboats and the concept of its efficiency are discussed in the paper. The complex criterion of efficiency developed to be used at the phases of the synthesis, complex design, research of the effect of the individual parameters of the system on its efficiency and optimization of its parameters is presented in the paper. The method of estimation of reliability on the basis of Kvirk's index is modified so that it could be applied for composite units (parallel and series combinations).

The work deals with the results of investigations of influence of pulsed electrode wire feed para... more The work deals with the results of investigations of influence of pulsed electrode wire feed parameters on the conditions of deposited metal bead formation, wear resistance and losses of electrode metal in electric arc surfacing in CO2. The comparative analysis of results was carried out obtained at constant and pulsed electrode wire feed. It was shown that change in electrode wire feed rate at constant power parameters of surfacing process allows efficiently influencing the formation of deposited bead, wear resistance and amount of losses of electrode metal. The given result is achieved due to change of kinematical conditions of electrode metal transfer from the electrode end through the arc gap to the molten metal pool. 11 Ref., 4 Figures.
