A comparative analysis of the species composition of the mycoflora of the park was carried out. The most diversified and rich was the phylum Basidiomycota, which comprises 172 species, belonging to 48 genera of 49 families, ten orders of the class Agaricomycetes. Many rare macromycetes that are rare or relatively rare for Ukraine (i.e., Cortinarius bolaris, Craterellus cornucopioides, Entoloma bloxamii, Fistulina hepatica, and Gyroporus castaneus) and listed in the Red Book of Ukraine (Grifola frondosa, Phaeolepiota aurea, Pseudoboletus parasiticus, and Sparassis crispa) have been discovered. For two species listed in the Red Book of Ukraine (Grifola frondosa and Pseudoboletus parasiticus), new localities have been discovered. Br. have been reported for Ukraine: W. alpina (Bolton) Gray and W. ilvensis (L.) R. Br. Based on our analysis of the literature data and the herbarium specimens of 53 herbaria from Ukraine, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Romania and Slovak Republic, we present maps of the distribution of the genus in Ukraine showing correct, unconfirmed and erroneous records. Our results show a changed perception of the distribution pattern of Woodsia genus, particularly the distribution of W. alpina. The records of W. alpina in the Ukrainian Carpathians were erroneous, only W. ilvensisis growing here, and W. alpina in Ukraine has been convincingly confirmed only from Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhya region (Steppe zone of Ukraine ), from very low elevation making these sites the lowest in continental Europe. In addition to the distribution analysis, we have focused on a morphological overview of Woodsia species and their ecological affinities ...

Fomin Botanical Garden of the National Taras Schevchenko University of Kyiv are given in the article. Perspective groups of rare plants according to their biomorphological, geographical, ecological and coenotic opportunities were selected for future successful introduction investigations. We believe that further introduction researches should focus on zonal rare species which are represented in flora of Kyiv and Kyiv region. Introduction investigations of other species should continue only in special exhibits that their conditions meet ecological-coenotic needs of these species. Also information about the cultivation of plants from "Red Book of Ukraine" in introduction centers of Ukraine are given in the article.

Anatomic peculiarities of petioles of Asplenium × souchei Litard. and its parental forms (A. obovatum Viv. subsp. billotii (F.W. Schultz) O. Bolos, Vigo, Masalles & Ninot and A. septentrionale (L.) Hoffm.) in correspond with systematics are mentioned. Accordingly to the morphologic peculiarities of leaf blade (shape and dissection) of A. × souchei is closer to A. obovatum Viv. subsp. billotii than to A. septentrionale. But the anatomic structure and cross-sectional shape of petiole of A. × souchei place this species closer to A. septentrionale. The species A. × souchei we recommend to include in the next edition of the Red Book of Ukraine.

It counts about 5000 species of vascular plants (Mosyakin and Fedoronchuk 1999). The existence of such diversity is possible due to natural conditions of three botanical-geographical zones (Forest, Forest-Steppe and Steppe Zones) and two mountain zones (Crimean Mountains and Carpathians), which have been formed in post-glacial time (Mosyakin et al. 2005). However, anthropogenic influence on natural ecosystems has been growing very fast during the last 300 years, as a result their areas have reduced. For example, steppes occupied about 40% of the modern territory of Ukraine, but, unfortunately, presently only about 3% of the natural and semi natural steppes of the country remain, because of ploughing, mining operations, excavations etc. (Korotchenko and Peregrym 2012). Another example shows the dynamics and quantity of rare and endangered species in flora of Ukraine. The second edition of the Red Data Book of Ukraine lists 439...
