Because God is person, we are able to communicate between as well as to relate to God.
We have to be aware that there is big difference between “person” and “individual.”
“Personality is used to signify a man who has liberty and love and is purely different from the mass, and the term" individual "is mean a man who remains a biological being and consumes all life and activities for his material and biological needs, without having them all other pursuits in his life”

The terms "light" and "darkness" are one of his favourites. Apostol John uses them in different contexts and does not always have the same meaning. They can be considered, interpreted and analyzed from several aspects.
In this paper we want to pay special attention to the terms "light" and "darkness" in the works of St. John the Theologian.

In this paper, I will summarize the main features of the reading; locate a St. Basile’s passage and explain its significance relative to leadership topics; and will pay particular focus of Basile’s treatment of a theological idea and how this relates to authenticity, identity and servanthood in leadership.
St Basil’s an authentic leader is his life experience, his biography. He walked the road himself before he was able to safely show the road to the followers. He stood in high esteem with the church leaders at the time who came to him for advice. His theological contribution to the ones of the Holy Trinity was, and still is, the cornerstone of Christianity world-wide. Because of his genuinity and ability to influence, he was honoured to be called ‘The Great’.

Not only Christian, and not only Orthodox, but it is all encompassing topic of human life. We are all created by God and we all have one purpose-to be united with God, that is, to become deified. This is accomplished only through the acquisition of the grace of the Holy Spirit. Thus, deification (perfection), or more precisely becoming likeness of God, is the goal and the centre of human life, the purpose for which God created man.
To "reach that level is neither immediate nor easy; but after much hardship and toil, after many years of zealousness, after many trials and various temptations, it is possible to reach the level of perfect passionlessness. Only in that way, true in every toil and self-exhaustion, after graciously enduring all temptations ... man finally becomes worthy of the great honours, the spiritual gifts, and the Divine riches, and only then becomes the heir of the Kingdom of Heaven." says Venerable Macarius of Egypt.
If we do not acquire the likeness of God, it can then be said that we have not reached the goal of our life.

This is accomplished only through the acquisition of the grace of the Holy Spirit. Thus, deification (perfection), or more precisely becoming likeness of God, is the goal and the centre of human life, the purpose for which God created man. God is our Creator, Parent, a loved one and a Friend. He is our hope, joy and comfort. He is our goal and our everything. All we need to have is good will and to properly use the gift of freedom in order to build our personal and loving union with God and to strive in that direction, while everything else is the work of God's grace that assists us. Without God and without His grace, we can do nothing. We are created as the crown of God's creation, in His image and likeness - love and freedom. The likeness of God, again, is our personal perfection and building a loving, free and eternal communion with the living God, and that is unification with God or deification. We rejected that gift and fell away from the blessed, and loving communion with God. Since then, a much greater and more difficult effort (struggle) is required than before to return to the original human state, and then to be able to advance in our perfection to the likeness of God. To "reach that level is neither immediate nor easy; but after much hardship and toil, after many years of zealousness and if we do not acquire the likeness of God, it can then be said that we have not reached the goal of our life.

This topic is chosen because in today's time the man is positioned in the center of the world, whilst in reality he is increasingly decentralised and disoriented. This happens because the axis has been shifted, that is, the base on which it is laid "for other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:11). With His incarnation, Godman Jesus Christ moves the gravity and becomes a center and criterion for mankind, therefore we would name our topic as "Christocentric Anthropology"
