The article presents the results of studying the designed hybrid compositions based on phenylone ... more The article presents the results of studying the designed hybrid compositions based on phenylone reinforced with a mixture of organic and carbon fibers. An example of calculation of molds' construction for the manufacture of composites is given. It has been found that the intensity of wear of the developed composites is significantly higher than that of the initial phenylone, while possessing the reduced coefficient of friction by 1.6 2 times, and the increased physico-mechanical characteristics by 10 %. Plasma coatings play a key role in surface tailoring through providing important advantages for t... more Plasma coatings play a key role in surface tailoring through providing important advantages for tools during their further application. However, grinding these coatings may cause different defects such as grinding burns and cracks, structural changes to the coating material, and the destruction of adhesive contacts between the coating layer and the substrate. The reason for that is the high heat flux generated in the process of abrasive material removal due to the high friction and stresses. In order to define the optimal conditions for grinding plasma coatings, the mathematical model of the temperature thermal field and the stress–strain state during the grinding process is developed. Based on the temperature, strength, and fracture criteria, this mathematical model makes it possible to define the functional relationship between the technological characteristics of the grinding process and the conditions that provide the required quality of surface processing. The time of work without failure of the hydro-system of excavator SchRs 800 for accepted Weibull model of reliability for probability of 50 % is T50%=0.3417⋅103 [h], for probability of 80 % is T80%=0.1884⋅103 [h] and for probability of 90% is T90%=0.127⋅103 [h].

The efficiency of cold sheet and strip rolling of steels and non-ferrous metals in the main depen... more The efficiency of cold sheet and strip rolling of steels and non-ferrous metals in the main depends on the quality of the technological lubricant and its cost. In this regard, it is important to develop new compositions of effective metal-working coolants (MWC) having low cost and providing the maximum reduction in the friction coefficient. We developed and tested the new compositions of the MWC on basis of chicken fat, and mono- and diglycerides and their esters of boric acid synthesized from the wastes of sunflower oil production. The MWC were tested in DSEA on laboratory rolling mill 100x100 with a roll diameter of 260 mm during steel 08Kp rolling. The efficiency of the coolants was determined by the factor of metal stretch forming λ and the coefficient of friction μ in the deformation zone which was found by forward slip method. Analysis of the tool work and refusals when heavy machines cutting shows the necessity to use met... more Analysis of the tool work and refusals when heavy machines cutting shows the necessity to use methods of bulk modification for improving structural strength and fracture resistance of cemented carbide cutting plates. It is suggested to test cutting plates to assess the structural strength limit. The accelerated method to estimate the resistance to scattered contact damage and chipping resistance is developed. It is obtained that the pulsed magnetic field treatment (PMNF) of cutting plates (85% WoC, 5% TiC, 10% Co) leads to a dependent on treatment regime increase in structural bending strength limit under static load. The PMTF allows increasing the resistance to scattered contact damage and chipping resistance for cutting plates (92% WoC, 8% Co). It is shown that physical method of pulsed magnetic field treatment is promising for modification of tool materials.

Sažetak: U novom realnom svetu sve postaje digitalno i pametno (smart): digitalni gradovi, pametn... more Sažetak: U novom realnom svetu sve postaje digitalno i pametno (smart): digitalni gradovi, pametne fabrike, pametne kuće, pametni automobili, pametni telefoni itd. Pametne fabrike predstavljaju novu proizvodnu filozofiju nazvanu Industrija 4.0 (četvrta industrijska revolucija). To je nova generacija digitalizovanih fabrika koje su zasnovane na kombinaciji sajber-fizičkih sistema (CPS) i digitalnih tehnologija, za obezbeđenje integralnog i inteligentnog sadejstvo procesa proizvodnje, u kojoj se povezuju fizički, digitalni i virtuelni svet. U radu je dat pregled sistema i tehnologija u novim pametnim fabrikama (Industriji 4.0). Ključne reči: Industrija 4.0, pametna fabrika, sajber-fizički sistem (CPS). Abstract: In the new real world everything becomes digital and smart: digital cities, smart factories, smart homes, smart cars, smartphones, etc. Smart factories represent a new manufacturing philosophy called Industry 4.0 (the fourth industrial revolution). It is a new generation of digitized factories that are based on a combination of cyber-physical systems (CPS) and digital technologies, to provide an integrated and intelligent synergy in production process, linking the physical, digital and virtual world. This paper provides an overview of systems and technologies in new smart factories (Industry 4.0). Promene u dinamici razvoja društva tokom vremena dovode do sve bržih promena i razvoja različitih koncepcija naučno-tehnološkog progresa. U dosadašnjem razvoju društva, odn. naučno-tehnološkom progresu, primena znanja na različita područja ljudske delatnosti dovela su do revolucionarnih promena. Razlikuju se četiri koncepcije u razvoju društva, počev od poljoprivrednog društva, preko industrijskog do informatičkog i društva znanja. U novom društvu glavni proizvod je znanje. Otuda i ona poznata izreka "Znanje je moć". Da bi zemlja imala uspeh i da bi proizvodila u budućnosti u novom društvu znanja ona mora da transformiše proizvodnju od delatnosti zasnovane na radnoj snazi u delatnost koja je zasnovana na znanju, pa samim tim i na savremene softverske tehnologije i sistemime i pametne fabrike (zasnovane na znanju i clod-u).
