The objective of the research is to analyze the target and realization of tax revenue in North Mi... more The objective of the research is to analyze the target and realization of tax revenue in North Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from September to November of 2017. The data used were secondary data. Data collection techniques used are to go directly to the local revenue department and conduct interviews and make the necessary data recording. Method of data processing using trend analysis method. The results of the research showed that the Local Tax has a great influence on development in North Minahasa Regency and Development in North Minahasa Regency. It is increasingly seen clearly, in the construction of housing, warehouses and tourist places. It can also be seen from tax return projection for the next five years that is alwasy growing every year.*jnkd*.

This study aims to determine the public perception of the socioeconomic impact of oil palm planta... more This study aims to determine the public perception of the socioeconomic impact of oil palm plantation company PT. Henrison Inti Persada in Sorong district of West Papua. This research was conducted from February to April 2017. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted with in-depth interview technique with 30 (thirty) respondents in this case the people living around this company operate and also use observation and literature study. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis which each answer is tested and tested using Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the index of public perceptions on the socioeconomic impact of oil palm plantation companies PT. Henrison Inti Persada is at 81.11% and is relatively high, meaning the existence of oil palm plantation company PT. Henrison Inti Persada has a social and economic impact that must be increased again to the community, because every indicator has a positive impact as well as the negative impact that must be viewed by the oil palm plantation company PT. This research was conducted at the Amurang, Sub-district of West Amurang, South Minahasa Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The reason for using qualitative methods for this research seeks to find answers to questions relating to the socioeconomic life of the commonity who are residing around the port. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation. The research found that the activities in Amurang Port can increase the income of local communities, opening up a new business thus increasing employment absortion, there are trading activities and there are social-economic activities around the harbor. Thus the presence of the Amurang Port has a positive impact for the people that are around the port Amurang form of employment absortion and increased income of community

This study lasted for 3 (three) months from the preparation stage, data retrieval and to the preparation of research. Research location in Mapanget Village, Talawaan Sub-district, North Minahasa. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the district office and village office. Based on the research results, the income of paddy field farming managed by respondents in Mapanget village comes from harvest season 1 (one), harvest season 2 (two) and harvest season 3 (three). Wetland paddy farming in Mapanget Village is able to provide benefits and the farming continues to be cultivated even in urban areas.*er*.

It plays vital role because performance of the company or organization depends on their employee performance. One of the factors that can affect is discrimination. Discrimination can also occur in the workplace such as gender discrimination. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between gender discrimination and employee performance in PT. Hasjrat Abadi. The targets of population were the employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Sudirman, Manado. And the sample takes 10 employees representing of each department. Method that is used in this research is qualitative method. Data was collected using interview. The result from the study found that’s discrimination gender and the performance of employee don’t have a significant increase. The study recommended the company should deeply observe the quality of employee without stereotyping and building more trust between company and employees.

The study was conducted for 2 months, starting from April to May 2019. The research location was the North Minahasa Regency Land Office. This study used a qualitative analysis method with a descriptive approach. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data collection was conducted through interview, observation, and study of documents. The results showed that the implementation of a complete systematic land registration at the North Minahasa Regency Land Office was carried out very well. This was shown by the success of PTSL in North Minahasa Regency. In 2017, 2,460 fields out of 2,500 targeted fields, could be classified into the K1category (certified), while 40 other fields were included in the K3 Category (cannot be certified). Analysis used in this research is the analysis of Location Quotient (LQ), Analysis of Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Comparison of LQ and DLQ. Based on the results of the research by using LQ (Location Quetient) analysis, the agricultural sector is a base sector in the economy in North Sulawesi Province. Almost all agricultural sub-sectors are the base sector, except for the Forestry and Logging sub-sector. The data used is inflation data from January 2009 to December 2014, which analyzed qualitative, and quantitative descriptive in the statistical analysis using different test average analysis and multiple linear regression. Data used in this research is secondary data, which is come from the previous researched and various literature. Data are also obtained from relevant agencies, such as the Asian Pacific Coconut Community (APCC) Jakarta and from relevant agencies, Department of Industry and Commerce of North Sulawesi, Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi, Department of Agriculture of North Sulawesi and Department of Plantation of North Sulawesi. Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method is used in this research. The results showed that all exports of coconut-based products during 2006-2015 have comparative advantage and have strong competitiveness, except in the year 2014-2015 charcoal and copra products experienced a decline in competitiveness. Data used in this research is secondary data, which is come from the previous researched and various literature. Data are also obtained from relevant agencies, such as the Asian Pacific Coconut Community (APCC) Jakarta and from relevant agencies, Department of Industry and Commerce of North Sulawesi, Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi, Department of Agriculture of North Sulawesi and Department of Plantation of North Sulawesi. Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method is used in this research. The results showed that all exports of coconut-based products during 2006-2015 have comparative advantage and have strong competitiveness, except in the year 2014-2015 charcoal and copra products experienced a decline in competitiveness.
