There are various circumstances when a common message is to be delivered to many recipients by an... more There are various circumstances when a common message is to be delivered to many recipients by an application. In this scenario, instead of passing this message to one by one receiving processes, we generally create a group of recipients. In Distributed System terminology, it is referred as Group Communication. An application which is supporting the concept of Group Communication may allow creating various groups. One process may belong to many groups. In an application, size of group may be static or dynamic. Group may be dynamically created as it appears now a day in social networking sites and application. A process can leave or join a group at any time. To reduce the degree of coupling existing in between sender of message and receivers we deploy an additional layer which is referred as membership service. This layer maintains an address pool of groups existing in the application along with the information that which processes are belonging to which group. This membership servic...

The life of the adolescent is emotionally dominated Adolescent boys are very much influenced by the emotions and Instinct. They do not determine his /her actions on the basis of reason. An emotionally stable child is capable to make effective adjustment with their environment. Emotional changes during adolescence includes anxiety, agitation, fear, anger, pleasure, love, envy and competitions. Objective of the study is to recognize whether there is any difference in emotional stability of adolescent boys and girls. The research is concerned with finite universe of CBSE and CG Board schools of Bhilai. The tools “Emotional Stability test for children (ESTC) by Dr. (Mrs) A. Sen Gupta and Dr. A.K. Singh have and medium. Related to this problem there are 5 hypotheses. In this research paper collected data in support of set hypothesis has been tested with the help of appropriate statistical tools.

Parental guidance is essential need at the age of adolescence because they are going towards maturity, so they want freedom from any control which may include parents and family bondage. This paper will be useful for academicians ,researchers, parents, teachers, educationists and home scientist to study about the parent-teenagers interactions and other problems faced by parents or teenagers and what should be the active steps to be taken to cope up with these problems. In this paper, tool develops by Dr. Kusum Agrawal, descriptive type research, survey method, Mean, SD, T test is used. Parental motivation and academic achievement are the independent variable and dependable variable respectively.
