Theories of human behavior, have realized the importance of people in organizations, but in addit... more Theories of human behavior, have realized the importance of people in organizations, but in addition, these same theories have realized that organizations are an important part of people, especially when seeking the longed self-realization; organizations have given this option by means of the characteristics they have, resulting in what has been called "organizational culture", which like any people or nation meets customs, beliefs, practices, etc..; linked to these two options, both in organizational culture as the selfborn space for creation and innovation. How much delivery organizational culture to self-realization and therefore in this case to innovation? It is the essential question of this essay.
