For instance, the introduction of the robot services to cater for the patients in the emergency condition have led to change in hospitals and health centers whereby the doctors and medics have been forced to adopt new skills and knowledge in their line of work to be able to be in line with the new technology. Another factor that drives change is the varying needs of the people. For an instant, the Royal United Hospital was identified to start providing service to the patients that were admitted in the medical care section. However due to the fixed schedule among the staff in the admission unit section and lack of effective change, there immerged problems in the medical care as the patient with complex needs could not be catered for. The emergence of new diseases is yet another factor driving change in health and social care. With the need to deal with the new situations, changes such as the recruitment of new staff, and the introduction of new equipment to carry out the health and social services among others are made

With the innovative application of technical skills, wearable and fitness devices are intended to apply powerful sensor and tracking technologies as a result of computerized accessories incorporated into these wearable devices for health care (Fang et al. 2016).

People discovered food crops as a result of getting a feeling of hunger and discovered water to quench their thirst, they discovered clothes to warm themselves from the cold weather they experienced. Diseases and bad omen were at the top of this list and to fight it, they discovered their healers who were said to be talented and gifted the magical power by a supreme being. In Central America, Mexico and other Latin American countries, curandero was a key status in the community. With a key duty of a healer, a curandero was devoted to meet the healthcare needs of many people contrary to the concept of a medical doctor. This paper describes the diagnosis and healing of the Evil Eye by a curandero in some of the Latin American cultures (Villa, 2016).

However, since the inclusive policy was put forward in the UK, the schools, through pressure from the government and humanitarian organizations have continued to adopt inclusion. Inclusion generally means the placement of students/children with disabilities in general education classes (McKinney et.al 2016 p. 28).
Faith schools in the United Kingdom (UK) have continued to grow to admit more and more students in their systems. In 2011, the faith schools in the UK were found to cover over one-third of the total state-funded schools which at that time were about 20,000. These faith schools are generally schools teaching general curriculum but in addition, they have a particular religious character or a link to a religious or faith-based organization (Dwyer et.al, 2013 p.268). Having over 7,000 institutions in the UK, faith schools have been found to play a big role in the UK and therefore, taking part in the inclusion policy was not only a sign of value for humanity but was also a kind of respect to the government policies (Dwyer et.al, 2013 p.268). In this study, the researcher investigates the inclusion of students with disabilities in the UK Faith schools.

Agriculture production is one of the important economic practice in most countries of the world. ... more Agriculture production is one of the important economic practice in most countries of the world. This is because every individual has to eat to survive daily. Just as in big countries such as the United States, agriculture has played an important role in the history of the development of Australia as well. The evolution of agriculture in Australia has gone through many ups and downs before reaching the current level of innovative agriculture, production techniques, and renowned agricultural machinery. Production of new hybrid crops, new breeds of livestock and new farm and inputs for farms has marked a new system of farming which is different and more advanced than the agriculture two centuries ago. However, many challenges have faced the farmers in Australia including the increase of the average temperature with more than 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit compared to that of the previous century. The alleged drought of 2018-2019 has been a great threat to the agriculture of Australia as climate change has continued to alter the rainfall patterns and has consequently increased the heat waves thus causing the drought (Anwaret.al, 2015). This paper, therefore, focuses on research on the agricultural production in Australia and how the 2018-2019 drought has impacted the livelihood of the farmers while conducting their day-to-day activities (Willer et.al, 2018).

Per year, close to 800,000 people die in the world which is approximately 1 person in every 40 seconds. This a huge number which raises concerns in the medical fraternity about how to prevent it. More statistics show per day, 200 people attempt suicide but only 10 manage to succeed (Laverty, 2019). These statistics show that nurses all over the country are faced with patients with suicidal ideations in their daily work routine. It, therefore, becomes very necessary for them to understand proper and efficient therapeutic communication aimed at building therapeutic relationships between them and the patients.
To achieve the set learning goals, a thorough process of assessment, planning implementation and planning had to be carried out. Beginning with assessment, several literature sources touching on matters therapeutic communications were collected and evaluated. They were sorted depending on their relevance and the level of insight they offered on interpersonal relations in the medical field. After conducting the assessment, a planning process followed shortly after where the assessed resources were used in developing the orientation of therapeutic communication in developing therapeutic relations.
