A 70-year-old male presented with acute eczematous dermatitis apparently related to UV light expo... more A 70-year-old male presented with acute eczematous dermatitis apparently related to UV light exposure. Spontaneous healing left a fine wrinkling strictly limited to the skin areas involved. Histopathology revealed complete loss of elastic tissue in the mid-dermis. There have been only three previous reports of antedating inflammatory process in such cases.
