On the basis of working capacity is determined the most general indicator of the labor potential of population, namely, labor resources. This indicator is structured according to a number of qualitative parameters. They make it possible to identify labor resources used in public production, as well as unused reserves. Their involvement in labor is becoming relevant in the context of the modern need to increase the self-sufficiency of the economy, and hence, to increase these resources. However, their growth is limited for demographic reasons. To assess the available reserves, labor resources are ranked according to the characteristics of economic activity. In descending order, the categories are distinguished according to th...

However, the integration of charging infrastructure in microgrids enables the introduction of innovative business models, e. g. by using PV generation and storage units. This study presents several business models, i. a. based on self-supply of electricity and smart charging algorithms. These are evaluated by means of real-world transaction data of the EUREF campus microgrid in Berlin, Germany. The dataset comprises data of 3346 transactions of foremost commercial fleet vehicles from the year 2018. The microgrid configurations evaluated in this study involve the integration of PV generation, battery storage, individually as well as combined. A reference is provided by a comparison to the conventional operation of charging infrastructure. The evaluation shows that the integration of PV generation in combination with smart charging is profitable, due to lower expenditures by local energy supply utilization. Additional integration of a stationary battery is less profitable. However, it increases autarky and flexibility by charge during evening and night hours.

Levels and differentiation of wages The Purpose of the Study is examining the impact of raising the minimum wage up to the subsistence minimum level of the able-bodied population in 2018-2019 on the dynamics of the main characteristics of wages at the federal and regional levels. The Main Propositions of the Article. The problem of spatial inequality includes socioeconomic inequality of the population which primarily depends on work remuneration as the main source of monetary income of households. The problems of work remuneration in the post-Soviet period are well-known – low levels, relatively high wage differentiation including cross-sectoral and cross-regional disparities. These were caused to a large extent by the low level of the minimum wage in the country. In May 2018 the minimum wage was raised up to the subsistence minimum level (poverty line) of the able-bodied population. Using the data...

The fund ratio is constantly decreasing, but still exceeds world standards. Its reduction due to growth of the minimum wage has already gone beyond acceptable boundaries. Beyond them, the qualifying wage differences decrease. Currently, they have already begun to contradict one of the fundamental functions of remuneration, namely the incentive function. This raises the question of finding opportunities to reduce the ratio of funds at the expense of wages in the 10th decile of the distribution. Wages in this decile were studied by industry (types of economic activity). Industries in which earnings in the 10th decile are higher than the average for the decile are selected for analysis. These industry earnings affect the value of the fund ratio, limiting its decline. The characteristics of the selected industries are reviewed. These are qualifications of personnel, financial and economic situati...

Adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with Stages I-II (P T0-2N0-1M0) leads to decrease in mortality rate by 24.3% in the case of monochemotherapy (thiotepa, six courses, 200 mg each course) and 32.4% in the case of polychemotherapy (thiotepa, methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil [TMF], cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil [CMF], six course). There is a trend to higher (by 7.8%-9.8% versus control) rates of adjusted survival in the groups of patients with relatively early stages of breast cancer (P T0-2N0M0) subjected to adjuvant mono- and polychemotherapy. In the group of breast cancer patients (P T0-2N0-1M0) who received adjuvant polychemotherapy (TMF, CMF schemes) the survival rates are higher by 12.0%-16.6% than in the control group during the sixth, seventh, and eighth years of the follow-up. Favorable effect of adjuvant chemotherapy manifested by diminished mortality rate and prolonged survival was statistically significant only in the group of patients younger than 50 years.
