This study examines stock market perceptions. Above all, listen carefully to risks and general information. This research helped investors become obsessed with investment awareness before entering the stock market. This study is based on primary data collected from Tamil Nadu stock market investors.For data collection, a standard questionnaire was used. This study was used Confirmatory factor analysis to test the reliability of the questionnaire.This paper has been applied to statistical software for IBM SPSS AMOS 23.
