Many herbal constituents used as flavors, fragrances, pharmaceutical chemicals and food colors in India. The most of the herbal product were prepared from plant extracts, which contain different phytochemical constituents (plant secondary metabolite). The amount and identity of produced compound was correlated with therapeutic effect. The GC-MS used to analyze the extracted extract, that is useful for the determining the quantity of active principles in herbal plants used in cosmetics, medicines, food industries and pharmaceutical. The purpose of this study was to use gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy to identify the bioactive compound from entire plants. The GC-MS analyze the presence of various alkaloid, terpenoid, flavonoidal and glycoside phytoconstituents in herbal plants.

Reconstruction techniques illustrates the need for securing fingerprint templates and its interoperability, and improving fingerprint fusion. Earlier it was considered that only minutiae set are not sufficient for reconstructing the fingerprint .However, the recent studies have proved that through Minutiae set it is possible to reconstruct the fingerprint. But still the matching accuracy between the original fingerprint image and its corresponding reconstructed image has some difference. This paper consists the prior knowledge about the ridge structures which is determined in terms of continuous phase patch and orientation patch dictionaries to improve the reconstruction. The orientation fields are reconstructed through orientation patch dictionary and ridge patterns are reconstructed with the help of continuous phase patch dictionary. In this project we have proposed a new application for hands free computing which uses voice as a major communication mean to assist user in monitoring and computing purpose on his machine. In our project as we have mainly used voice as communication mean. Speech technology encompasses two technologies: Speech Recognition and Speech Synthesis. In this project we have directly used speech engine which uses Hidden Marcov Model and Feature extraction technique as Mel scaled frequency cepstral. The mel scaled frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) derived from Fourier transform and filter bank analysis are perhaps the most widely used front ends in state-of-the-art speech recognition systems. Our aim is to create more and more functionalities which can help human to assist in their daily life and also reduce their efforts. The HMM (Hidden Marcov Model...

It is quickly developing tree that develops to around 20 meters in tallness and has a place with the family Sapotaceae. Mahua having Ethnomedical uses, for example, antitumour, antipyretic, hepatoprotective, calming, pain relieving, antiprogestational, antiestrogenic and furthermore having wound recuperating property. Customarily M. longifolia bark is utilized in tonsillitis, ulcers, bleedings and ailment. The present survey contains the different ethnomedical and customary employments of bark and leaves of Madhuca longifolia.

Ethanol has been part of alcoholic beverages for long time, but its application has expanded much beyond that during the 20th Century. Much of the recent interest is in the use of ethanol as fuel. In this paper, we have reviewed published literature on current ethanol production and separation methods, and chemical and sensory analysis techniques. Ethanol produced by fermentation, called bioethanol, accounts for approximately 95% of the ethanol production. It is recently widely used as an additive to gasoline. Corn in the Unites States and sugarcane in Brazil are widely used as raw materials to produce bioethanol. Cellulosic materials are expected to be the ultimate major source of ethanol and also represent a value-adding technology for agricultural coproducts. While bioethanol is considered as a sustainable energy source, it requires further purification for uses other than fuel. The most common purification tech...

Cancer antigen 15-3 (CA 15-3) is a widely used prognostic marker for breast cancer. CA 15-3 is a glycoprotein that is recognized with a match pair of DF3 and 115D8 monoclonal antibodies. DF3 antibody detects 8 amino acids sequence (DTRPAPGS) of tandem repeats in MUC1 protein, serves as a detection antibody in a sandwich assay while 115D8 monoclonal antibody binds to peptide- carbohydrates epitope on same repeat acts as the capture antibody in sandwich assay. In this study, we have developed a protein sequence containing 10 Tandem repeats with few approximate repeats out of MUC1 protein expressed in CHO-K1 cells to ensure post translational modifications. We have incorporated 'Gluc' protein (Gaussia luciferase) sequence along with gene of interest for secretion of protein outside the cells. Protein was characterized by western blot using CA15-3 antibody as well as confirmed for the pre...

The Hardware is interfaced with Arduino board and software is developed in the Lab-VIEW software. The key goal of our paper is to examine the soils moisture content at some stage in its dry and wet conditions with the aid of a moisture sensor circuit, estimate the equivalent Humidity and irrigate it based on its nature. The proposed system uses the Lab-VIEW and Arduino board. It is programmed in such a way that it will sense the moisture level of the plants and supply the water if required. The output of Water level sensor is fed to the controller accordingly the level of water in the tank is displayed. The GUI is developed in LAB-VIEW. The various conditions will be indicated on the front panel such as wet and dry condition of soil with the level of water in the tank. The main objective of the proposed system is to examine the humidity content in the soil in ...

The World Health Organization has declared the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic. In India, Maharashtra is one of the worst impacted states and Mumbai has emerged as a hotspot. There is a nationwide lockdown imposed, and there are several containment zones in Mumbai to make sure that the virus does not spread any further. With increase in the number of admissions in intensive care unit, there is a need to define the role of a physiotherapist in the current scenario of a pandemic. The aim of this article is to provide guidelines for clinical practice, as well as to safeguard the health of COVID duty-assigned physiotherapists in acute care setup.

Brahma related gene 1(BRG1), a catalytic subunit of the SWI/SNF complex, is known to be mutated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, its role in HCC remains unclear. Here, we investigate the role of BRG1 on cell growth and invasiveness as well as its effect on the expression of putative target genes. Expression of BRG1 was examined in human liver tissue samples and in HCC cell lines. In addition, BRG1 was silenced in human HCC cell lines to analyse cell growth and invasiveness by growth curves, colony formation assay, invasion assay and the expression of putative target genes. BRG1 was found to be significantly increased in HCC samples compared to non-HCC samples. In addition, a declined proliferation rate of BRG1-silenced human HCC cell lines was associated with a decrease of expression of cyclin family members. In line with a decreased invasiveness of BRG1-siRNA-trea...
