The Isle of Man is situated in the center of the Irish Sea. The Isle of Man's culture is affected by its Celtic and, to a lesser degree, its Norse beginnings; nevertheless, the Isle of Man's near proximity to the United Kingdom, prominence as a tourist spot in the Great Britain, and recent significant immigration by British migrant laborers have meant that British dominance has been predominant since the Revestment era. A substantial amount of attention in the Manx language, heritage, and musical legacy has resulted from recent revival movements that have sought to conserve the last elements of Manx civilization following a lengthy period of Anglicization (Broderick, 2020). Edward T. Hall's discovery of the high-context and low-context culture theory explains how culture greatly affects communication and provides a framework for analyzing this influence. The context is given the majority of attention in this theory. This theory makes an effort to understand the surrounding conditions, context, and framework of an event or communication that takes place. This essay provides a definition of high-context cultures and low-context cultures, as well as an investigation of the method in which interaction is performed in both cultures by presenting instances of each kind of communication (Alizadeh Afrouzi, 2021).
The Isle of Man and ‘Manxness’
According to Adorno, contemporary society creates standardized commodities and services for the people, who then passively consume them. The public regards show industry seriously and its stars are fetishized and 'hero-worshipped,' according to postmodernism. Cultural products are more 'cozy' and predictable because of their absolute uniformity, which allows them to suit both the individual's demand for security and the producer's requirement for market predictability. These theories are consistent with postmodernist concepts that dominance becomes more or less complete as science and technology and the disenchanted world progress. As a result, it is feasible to imagine a society in which all non-rational causes have been eliminated. Satisfying even one's own goals and needs is possible, but only when they are integrated into a system of means-to-end reasoning (Broderick, 2020). From a tourist attraction to an off-shore financial behemoth in the 1980s, the demographics of the island shifted to reflect an inflow of 'come overs' from the rest of the British Isles. Local autonomy and protecting the Island's sovereignty became a national priority after these shifts in societal norms. It was in this manner that the Isle of Man intentionally distanced itself from Britain in terms of culture and history. Aside from strengthening the Isle of Man's claim to its own political identity, this "othering" served as the foundation for a successful model of heritage branding that has been successfully used in order for the country to maintain its social cohesion. Aside from these restricted criteria, the Isle of Man's more typical means of celebrating its shared culture is to celebrate customs that stress the island's distinct cultural differences from the rest of the United Kingdom. According to a piece of writing penned by Manx politician D.G. Kermode, the "essence" of the Isle of Man's distinct character may be found in Tynwald, the Isle of Man's legislative assembly, which the island asserts is the world's longest continuous parliament (Cordwell, 1998). A variety of events are held on Tynwald Day to honour the island's Viking and Celtic past as well as its unique political position. Although the establishment of Englishness and Scottishness as cultural processes takes place in various historical and political contexts, what is true and common is that the Isle of Man depends on legacy assets to explain what this identity is and who may claim it.

Changes in the industry's structure and processes have been brought about by subversive technologies (Raschke et al., 2018). Companies like auditing firms contribute significantly to these efforts. The auditing domain has historically hampered company adoption of new technology, yet it is critical in partial automation because to the decision processes it involves and the amount of work it requires (Dickey et al., 2019). In recent years, several technology solutions have evolved to alter auditing procedures and serve as catalysts for automation. This is due to the new technology's ability to modify the benefits/costs of individual jobs and the new technology's capabilities. An artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool designed to mimic human reasoning and intellectual abilities in the service of the technology's creator. AI, on the other hand, is what we see on PCs today and what we've accomplished so far (Munoko & Vasarhelyi, 2020).
"The component of practical philosophy dealing with all things ethical (moral philosophy, resolving the basic issue of how to conduct one's life) penetrates all elements of human behavior," is how the dictionary defines ethics (Leidner & Plachouras, 2017). Moral principles that influence people's choices are referred to as ethics. AI depends on human-designed algorithms to make judgments, therefore any usage of these technologies must take ethical considerations into account. To illustrate the need of ethics while using a modern technology in the audit system, explore how machine learning may be used to make better audit decisions. In an audit, for example, machine learning based prediction models might be used to identify fraudulent transactions. Since human input was required in the past, this raises ethical questions, since the data produced by emerging autonomous AI systems may serve as a substitute for human input (Munoko et al., 2020).
