The condition of marriage and family is currently considered one of the most momentous problems o... more The condition of marriage and family is currently considered one of the most momentous problems of the Church and the state. The main purpose of the research presented in the book, conducted mainly with the help of statistical and sociological methods, was to obtain an in-depth description and analysis of the situational conditions and religious and social motivations of those initiating the process of declaring a marriage null before a diocesan tribunal in the Catholic Church. This, in turn, led to a deeper knowledge of the state of marriages and families in Poland. This task was accomplished through a quantitative survey, which made it possible to create a quantitative characterization of marriages whose validity was being examined by a church tribunal, and through a qualitative research based on the in-depth interview technique, from which a typology of people forming such marriages was built. Pobudki wnoszenia o orzeczenie nieważności małżeństwa 1 Zawarcie małżeństwa w Kościele katolickim... more Pobudki wnoszenia o orzeczenie nieważności małżeństwa 1 Zawarcie małżeństwa w Kościele katolickim, czyli zgodnie z nauczaniem doktrynalnym Kościoła i prawem kanonicznym, pociąga za sobą istotne konsekwencje nie tylko religijne i kanoniczne, ale również społeczne. Skutki w tych samych obszarach pociąga dezintegracja małżeństwa. W przypadku faktycznego rozpadu małżeństwa, często usankcjonowanego (choć nie jest to conditio sine qua non) na forum prawa polskiego rozwodem orzekanym przez sąd powszechny (zob. art. 56 § 1 k.r.o. 2), małżonkowie mogą zwrócić się do sądu kościelnego o orzeczenie nieważności małżeństwa, czyli stwierdzenie, że ono nigdy nie zaistniało (zob. kan. 1671 § 1kan. 1691 § 3 kpk 3) 4. 1 Artykuł ten został przygotowany w ramach projektu badawczego finansowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki, zgodnie z umową o wykonanie i finansowanie projektu nr: Umo-2019/33/B/ Hs1/00625.

The aim of the article is a sociological analysis of the way young visitors (post-millennials) pe... more The aim of the article is a sociological analysis of the way young visitors (post-millennials) perceive art museums in the context of their expectations in a mobile communications era. This problem is very interesting because young visitors, members of the post-millennial generation, participate in social and cultural life in a quite different way than previous generations. This problem is also very important because just post-millennials will decide the fate of this kind of institution in the not too distant future. The analysis of the perception of museum institutions is based on the results of an empirical study carried out among high school students (16-20 years old). The main areas of interest in this study were their preferences in the style of visiting museum exhibitions, their opinions about the exhibition being visited, and their expectations regarding changes in the formula of presenting art in the museum space.
