So the industry needs to improve to maximize production achievements in order to meet market needs. The development of industry 4.0 provides an opportunity to revitalize the Indonesian manufacturing sector. Moreover, the Ministry of Industry has compiled "Making Indonesia 4.0" as a strategy and roadmap to develop industry 4.0 in Indonesia. Indonesia focuses on five main sectors for the development of industry 4.0, including the food and beverage, chemical, electronics, textile and clothing, and automotive industries. This research was conducted to determine the level of readiness of the manufacturing industry, especially the food and beverage industry at PT. Based on the survey, one of the ways to increase the reading interest in the Indonesian people is to teach literacy education early in the age range of 3-6 years, where children begin to increase their cognitive, psychosocial and physical, and physical abilities. Therefore, we will develop an e-book as a learning medium to attract early childhood attention. The method used to develop this application is the Mobile-D method and prototype. The results of the test conducted on the E-Book Application of the Early Children's E-Book stated that all input forms and buttons in the system could run properly and the integrity of the output data on the input or the action carried out is following the user's expectations. PDAM Salatiga is a Regional-Owned Enterprise that provides services and benefits towards society ... more PDAM Salatiga is a Regional-Owned Enterprise that provides services and benefits towards society in the field of drinkable water. In a company, any activities of information exchange can not be separated from the activities of correspondences. Letters are used by PDAM as a means of communication in a partnership with individuals or other companies. The letters archiving system in PDAM still uses conventional paper as the main archives so admin often facer difficulties in finding data, errors in data writing and loss of data. The purpose of this research is to develop information system of incoming and outgoing letters archiving at PDAM Salatiga. This research uses Waterfall method, where the user needs become the core concept in creating the system. The results of this study is an information system that can facilitate the archiving system of incoming and outgoing mail in the PDAM, and minimizes the risks that will occur.
