T... more Occupational health efforts for informal sector workers are things that need special attention. These efforts need to be done considering informal sector workers also have the same risk of experiencing work accidents and occupational diseases such as those faced by workers in large industries. This study aims to analyze the situation of the application of occupational health in Puskesmas in West Jakarta in 2018 through the approach of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the implementation of occupational health efforts in the West Jakarta Work Area Health Center. In this study the authors use content analysis methods to find out specifically the situation that exists in each health center. Based on the results of the study it was found that all Puskesmas in the West Jakarta area when the research was carried out had applied Occupational Health Efforts in the form of Pos UKK, but in practice there were many things that were still constraints and obstacles such as specific HR needs in the area of Occupational Health and Safety, lack of procedures clear technicalities related to the implementation of occupational health efforts in each Pos UKK, and not all workers in the informal sector have good knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety risks.
