This study aims to explain the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust on attitudes and intentions to reuse online travel agents. The population of this research is the users of the online travel agent Traveloka application in the city of Denpasar. The sample in this study was taken using a non-probability sampling method with a total of 200 respondents. Data collection was carried out using survey methods. The data obtained were then processed using SEM-PLS analysis tools. The aim of this research was to determine the role of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between advertising and personal selling with purchase intention. This research conducted in Denpasar using 110 respondents through purposive sampling method. Questionnaires are used to measure 22 indicators and analyzed by using SEM analysis technique and Sobel test. The study found that by increasing advertising and personal selling will directly increase brand awareness and purchase intention. AJB Bumiputera 1912 should ensure that people have enough brand awareness to increase consumer purchase intention. This study aims to explain the effect of information quality, perceived privacy protection, perce... more This study aims to explain the effect of information quality, perceived privacy protection, perceived security protection on trust, and its effect on continuance intention to use OVO in Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar, using 139 respondents. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques with the Partial Least Square approach. This study shows that information quality has a positive and significant effect on trust. Perceived privacy protection has a positive and significant effect on trust and continuance usage intention. Perceived security protection has a positive and significant effect on trust and continuance usage intention. Also, this study also shows that trust has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention. Information quality was found that have no significant effect on the continuance usage intention.

This research was conducted at the Regional Development Bank Bali Denpasar Branch Office in Cambodia. With a sample of 126 persons were used as the method of probability sampling. The analysis technique used is simple and the regression method of Coefficient Product (Sobel test). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service results positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Finally, the satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar, the samples taken were 140 people with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 14 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. These results indicate that each variable enironmental stimuli of store significant positive effect on unplanned purchasing behavior and the effect was mediated by positive emotions. This suggests that the environmental stimuli of store can affect unplanned purchasing behavior and also can affect positive emotions before. Teknik yang di gunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, menggunakan skala liker 1–5 poin dan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menghitung hasil dari 10 indikator yang ada dengan 100 responden. Hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli produk fashion via instagram. Persepsi risiko juga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada niat beli produk fashion via instagram, dan Kepercayaan memiliki peran sebagai mediasi partial dalam memediasi persepsi risiko pada niat beli produk fashion via instagram di Kota Denpasar.

This research was conducted in Badung , samples taken 130 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale, to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). These results indicate that hedonic shopping value , give the positive emotion and significant effect on impulse buying, hedonic shopping value positive and significant effect on positive emotion, positive emotion as well as a significant effect in mediating hedonic shopping value against impulse buying. This shows that the variable hedonic shopping value, and positive emotion effect impulse buying.

Tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy are the five dimensions of service quality. Some 126 respondents were selected as the study sample. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques as data analysis techniques used in testing the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction on Good Deal Restaurant. Results of testing of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as a dimension of service quality on customer satisfaction in a Good Deal Restaurant showed a significant positive effect. The results of this test indicate that consumer satisfaction visited Good Deal Restaurant is affected by the quality of service offered. Tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy are the five dimensions of service quality. Some 126 respondents were selected as the study sample. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques as data analysis techniques used in testing the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction on Good Deal Restaurant. Results of testing of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as a dimension of service quality on customer satisfaction in a Good Deal Restaurant showed a significant positive effect. The results of this test indicate that consumer satisfaction visited Good Deal Restaurant is affected by the quality of service offered. This research was conducted on Xiaomi brand smartphone customers in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken as many as 120 people, with the method of non-probability sampling, especially purposive sampling Data collection is done through a questionnaire.
