Therefore, their performance in low-resource languages is still a significant problem due to the absence of a standard dataset and evaluation policy. To address this problem, we proposed ViWOZ, a fully-annotated Vietnamese task-oriented dialogue dataset. ViWOZ is the first large scale, multi-turn, multi-domain, task-oriented dataset in Vietnamese, a low-resource language. The dataset consists of 5,000 dialogues in total, including 60,946 fully annotated utterances. Furthermore, we provide a comprehensive benchmark for both modular and endto-end models in low-resource language scenarios. With those characteristics, the ViWOZ dataset enables future studies on the construction of multilingual task-oriented dialogue systems.

Full lipid content reached the highest value from March to May, lower in the period of June-September, and bottomed in October and November. There was a significant decrease in this content between May and June, September and October; the content increased from February to March but was not stable from October to February. The lipid classes composition of Sinularia flexibilis includes polar lipids (PL), sterols (ST), triacylglycerol (TAG), monoalkyldiacyl-glycerol (MADAG), wax (W), and free fatty acids (FFA). The concentration of PL in summer (April-August) was lower than that in winter (September-February); this content increased significantly during November-December; meanwhile, it was observed to decrease in April-May, December-January. The content of ST increased from October to March and declined from April to September. The remaining classes, including W, MADAG, and TAG, tend to grow in the summer and decline in the other months. The fluctuation of lipid class composition throughout the year is closely related to zooxanthellae microalgae in corals at different times of the year and is directly influenced by environmental conditions, especially seawater temperature. Besides, this coral's maturation and reproduction effect with the increase or release of reproductive materials was also observed.

For metagenomic data, we also face the same issue where the number of patients is greater than the number of healthy individuals or vice versa. In this study, we propose a method to handle the imbalanced datasets issues by Cost-sensitive approach. The proposed method is evaluated on an imbalanced metagenomic dataset related to Inflammatory bowel disease to do prediction tasks. Our method reaches a noteworthy improvement on prediction performance with deep learning algorithms including a MultiLayer Perceptron and a Convolutional Neural Neural Network with the proposed cost-sensitive for Metagenome-based Disease Prediction tasks.

Due to this unique radial geometry, axis-aligned people detectors often work poorly on fish-eye frames. Recent works account for this variability by modifying existing anchorbased detectors or relying on complex pre/post-processing. Anchor-based methods spread a set of pre-defined bounding boxes on the input image, most of which are invalid. In addition to being inefficient, this approach could lead to a significant imbalance between the positive and negative anchor boxes. In this work, we propose ARPD, a singlestage anchor-free fully convolutional network to detect arbitrarily rotated people in fish-eye images. Our network uses keypoint estimation to find the center point of each object and regress the object's other properties directly. To capture the various orientation of people in fish-eye cameras, in addition to the center and size, ARPD also predicts the angle of each bounding box. We also propose a periodic loss function that accounts for angle periodicity and relieves the difficulty of learning small-angle oscillations. Experimental results show that our method competes favorably with state-of-the-art algorithms while running significantly faster.

To overcome this problem, this study analyzes the Power Factor Correction (PFC) control technique through the existing power grid to support converters integrated with the MPPT algorithm. Then, an experimental circuit model integrating two control methods will be fabricated and evaluated under the actual operating conditions. The experimental process shows that in the case of PFC support, output voltage response is more stable than the case that only uses the simple MPPT algorithm.

When a constant smoothing function is chosen, area integration becomes line integration along cell boundaries and no derivative of shape functions is needed in computing the field gradients. Both static and dynamic numerical examples are analyzed in the paper. Compared with the conventional FEM, the SFEM achieves more accurate results and generally higher convergence rate in energy without increasing computational cost. In addition, as no mapping or coordinate transformation is performed in the SFEM, the element is allowed to be of arbitrary shape. Hence the well-known issue of the shape distortion of isoparametric elements can be resolved. Index Terms-finite element method (FEM), Gauss quadrature, isoparametric element, smoothed finite element method (SFEM), strain smoothing.

The study plants include Arachis duranensis (1), Evolvulus alsinoides (2), Cosmos Bipinnuatus (3), Cyperus alternifolius Linn (4), and Philodendron hastatum (5). The WRs were acclimatized at hydraulic loading rates (HLR) of 220 m 3 /ha d and operated at HLR of 300 m 3 /ha d. The plants (1), (2), (4), and (5) had the ability to grow under the rooftop conditions with domestic wastewater as a nutrient source while the plant (3) was not suitable and dead after 20 d of operation. Generally, A. duranensis (1) and C. alternifolius Linn (4) were the most suitable plants treating domestic wastewater under the conditions of WR. The average phosphorus removal efficiencies of (1) and (4) were approximately 75 and 89%, respectively, while the average nitrogen removal efficiencies were 69 and 92%. The phosphorus accumulation in plants (1) and (4) during operation was 20.4 and 29.4%, respectively, while the nitrogen accumulation was 21.5 and 93%. It is concluded that C. alternifolius Linn (4) has best nutrient removal among the study plants under the conditions of shallow bed WR treating domestic wastewater (24 ± 4 and 2.0 ± 0.4 kg TP/ha d).
