Each of existing approaches at some point has been applied and tested as to its effects on people's lives, jobs, and personal goals in life as well as in the work place. Honestly, it is very difficult to find out motivation factors, which can be used in wide areas of management process. There is no flexible manner of factors to apply in large areas of business. It makes necessary to adopt behavior of motivation factors depending on business type or spheres. Obviously it opens an environment to differentiate motivation factors for successful observation and monitoring of the process. There are wide methods of motivation factors existing in different sources [1]. This paper offers a new approach of definition of motivation factors. For this reason a cognitive classification formed on the Masloff hierarchy categories is suggested. It states detailed classification of a large number of factors, which make assume a wide use of such option in different type of business areas. One more advantage of this classification of motivation factors is the most convenient of measurability of developed system. This subject is highly important especially meeting the main requirements of the system with SMART segmentation. It makes possible and opens an opportunity easily to assess the system for further right decision-making.

Equations of pixel height and displacement evaluation are derived. Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) signal model based on linear frequency modulation (LFM) waveform and image reconstruction procedure are suggested. The concept of pseudo InSAR measurements, interferogram, and differential interferogram generation is considered. Interferogram and differential interferogram are generated based on a surface model and InSAR measurements. Results of numerical experiments are provided.

Filtering aims at removing noise and performing transformations, which is vital segment of data processing as useful performance of data validation. An interpretation is significant part of it as the stage of objects classification depends of existing task for solution. Prediction is performed to estimate precise values of underlying parameters or future events in the data. It can be used successfully above achievements in a variety of areas. An urbanization is one of the spheres of advance technology application where highly need to collect appropriate data for understanding of challenges facing society. The process of urbanization becomes very important problem, thanks to city expansion. Each city is a complicated system. It consists of various interactive subsystems and is affected by multiple factors, including population growth, transportation and management policies. To understand the driving forces of the urban structure change, the satellite-based estimates are considered to monitor these changes, in long term. GIS (geographic information system) is equivalent to methods related to the use of geospatial information. Besides, the increasing application of ML techniques in various fields, including GIS, is undeniable. Thus, the chapter attempts to review the application of ML techniques in GIS with a focus on megacities and theirs features fixing/identification and solution.

Many scientists relate global warming and its consequences to human activities and not to natural fluctuations. The reasoning of this approach is the time scale of climate change. Recent warming of the earth is considered to be abrupt compared to the time scale usually accompanied with natural climate change episodes. As obvious the Earth's natural climate changes happen gradually in a long period of time (tens of thousands to millions of years) but we are witnessing an abrupt change over the past 200 years. The main reason is the industrial revolution with fossil fuels as its main source of energy which is setting a steady emission increase of Carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases which trap heat causing an increase of temperature in the lower atmosphere. Climate change is recognized as the significant aspect for investigation and international communities through the United Nations created special groups to focus on climate change effects and initiated protocols to organize a global response to deal with its consequences. Unusually behaviors of the strong tropical storms, heavy precipitations causing a devastating floods, more frequent heat waves, frequents drought and other similar natural events are connected to a modern climate change. The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, refer to climate change as the "defining issue of our era". This calls, among others, for implementation of commitment to stabilize greenhouse emissions and furnish a report about the current status of climate change to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on the status of greenhouse gases and climate change impacts and mitigation. Climate change problem has a global scale which must be addressed with global models and global data are needed as input to these models. Currently there are sufficient space data sources with different spatial resolution which successfully implementing and applying for climate change monitoring and study purposes. Earth Observation from Space has a unique capacity to provide such global data sets in a continuous way. This paper describes remote sensing methodologies for monitoring rare vegetation with special emp... more This paper describes remote sensing methodologies for monitoring rare vegetation with special emphasis on the Image Statistic Analysis for set of training samples and classification. At first 5 types of Rare Vegetation communities were defined and the Initial classification scheme was designed on that base. After preliminary Statistic Analysis for training samples, a modification algorithm of the classification scheme was defined: one led us to creating a 4 class's scheme (Final classification scheme). The different methods analysis such as signature statistics, signature separability and scatter plots are used. According to the results, the average separability (Transformed Divergence) is 1951.14, minimum is 1732.44 and maximum is 2000 which shows an acceptable level of accuracy. Contingency Matrix computed on the results of the training on Final classification scheme achieves better results, in terms of overall accuracy, than the training on Initial classification scheme.

It creates a possibility of collected information to be integrated from different sources and disciplines for a variety of applications. The main problem of an appropriate information collection relates to the data gaps and absence making incompatible data sets due to varying data needs, standards, undefined quality and barriers to sharing, accessing and using of data. For instance, data gap can arise for the reason of existing eliminations of the access to the investigated area. It makes impossible to conduct field investigations and measurements for further data integration which is necessary in data processing stage of space technology application. Remote sensing is an important source of information for a large number of Earth sciences and application fields. Data acquisition technologies and information extraction methods are pushed to give shift to user-oriented approaches where quantitative and reliable assessments, trend evaluations and forecasts are demanded. Success of this achievement depends on successful use of multilevel data collected from space-borne and field observation systems. It is necessary to optimize the infrastructure for data acquisition and analyzing, effective data processing and integration with further use for decision making. There should be an option of optimization contents of adequate instrumentation and better timing and coordination in information collection and management.

It describes conceptual approach of the process of use space technology in initial stages of design process. This paper briefly observes an option of remote sensing platform for data collection with further geographical information system (GIS) technology applications. The decision oriented on the importance of linking remote sensing systems with GIS. The use of GIS is contained in application such as image classification, calibration and environmental modeling. There is clearly great complimentarily between remote sensing and GIS. Existing remote sensing method and GIS technology are operating and functioning independently. It is necessary to mention that by linking the technology, concepts and theories of remote sensing into GIS, information systems considerable richer and more sophisticated can be created for use in substantive applications. The fact is that application indicated technology for collection necessary data during execution and decision making of engineering solutions. In this paper has been studied of the ancient monument regeneration by use of space technology advances. It is demonstrated advantages of high technology application starting from design and construction stages of engineering during regeneration processes. This study demonstrates opportunities of remote sensing and geographical information system developments in regeneration of the ancient monument of Sabail fortress. In the meantime, there is no doubt that historic preservation, heritage preservation or heritage conservation is an endeavor that seeks to preserve, conserve and protect buildings, objects, landscapes, ancient monuments or other artifacts of historical significance. This term refers specifically to the regeneration of the ancient monuments with focus on preservation of the built environment. In conformity with the foregoing approach development of the safety and security aspects of the ancient monuments are important for transferring heritage to the next generation. From this point of view in this paper some aspects of the ancient monuments security and safety problems have been undertaken and pointed out for discussion.

There is no any accurate data for Azerbaijan soils in common. In this article corrosive activity of the Absheron peninsula soils is studied. Two methods of study of soil salinity conditions have been used for this paper: soil electrical resistivy test and corrosion potential test series. Success of this achievement depends on successful use of multilevel data collected from space-borne and field observation systems. It is necessary to optimize the infrastructure for data acquisition and analyzing, effective data processing and integration with further use for decision making. There should be an option of optimization contents of adequate instrumentation and better timing and coordination in information collection and management.

It describes conceptual approach of the process of use space technology in initial stages of design process. This paper briefly observes an option of remote sensing platform for data collection with further geographical information system (GIS) technology applications. The decision oriented on the importance of linking remote sensing systems with GIS. The use of GIS is contained in application such as image classification, calibration and environmental modeling. There is clearly great complimentarily between remote sensing and GIS. Existing remote sensing method and GIS technology are operating and functioning independently. It is necessary to mention that by linking the technology, concepts and theories of remote sensing into GIS, information systems considerable richer and more sophisticated can be created for use in substantive applications. The fact is that application indicated technology for collection necessary data during execution and decision making of engineering solutions. An advantage of use of space technology is an excellent instrument of merging and integration accessed data into geographical coordination stimulated of easily those definition and importance in all the stage of engineering executions.

In this paper has been studied of the ancient monument regeneration by use of space technology advances. It is demonstrated advantages of high technology application starting from design and construction stages of engineering during regeneration processes. This study demonstrates opportunities of remote sensing and geographical information system developments in regeneration of the ancient monument of Sabail fortress. In the meantime, there is no doubt that historic preservation, heritage preservation or heritage conservation is an endeavor that seeks to preserve, conserve and protect buildings, objects, landscapes, ancient monuments or other artifacts of historical significance. This term refers specifically to the regeneration of the ancient monuments with focus on preservation of the built environment. In conformity with the foregoing approach development of the safety and security aspects of the ancient monuments are important for transferring heritage to the next generation. From this point of view in this paper some aspects of the ancient monuments security and safety problems have been undertaken and pointed out for discussion.

Appropriate studies need to be carried out to provide the significant information about soil chemical composition for decision makers in Land Use/Land Cover area. There is no any accurate data for Azerbaijan soils in common. In this article corrosive activity of the Absheron peninsula soils is studied. Two methods of study of soil salinity conditions have been used for this paper: soil electrical resistivy test and corrosion potential test series. For the reason of Land Use/Land Cover investigation it has been suggested to use the advances of space technology.
