In the domain of enterprise architecture (EA), project and team complexity can be a challenge as ... more In the domain of enterprise architecture (EA), project and team complexity can be a challenge as well as an opportunity for knowledge management (KM). EA projects generate a series of artifacts that contain knowledge directly or indirectly which can be reused or transferred from project to project. In this paper, the interest in providing a KM framework for TOGAF-based EA, to capture, store and reuse lessons learned in the first phases of the project. The framework is described in a meta-model known as "ways of", addressing the ways of thinking, working, supporting, controlling and modeling. Validation is presented through a case study in a consulting company and through expert opinion.
ABSTRACT Using first-principles calculations, by means of the Full Potential Linealizated Augment... more ABSTRACT Using first-principles calculations, by means of the Full Potential Linealizated Augmented Plane Wave method (FPLAPW) with the Gradient Generalized Approximation (GGA) we have studied the structural and electronic properties of scandium nitride (ScN) in the sodium chloride (NaCl) and cesium chloride (CsCl) structures. NaCl is the calculated ground-state structure with a=4.514 Å and bulk modulus B=197.06 GPa. There is an additional local minimum in the CsCl structure. Our calculations have predicted an electronic and structural phase transition from the NaCl structure (indirect semiconductor) to CsCl structure (metallic). We have carried out the band structures calculations in the Engel-Vosko approximation (EVGGA). On the other hand, elastic constants are found from our calculations. Empleando cálculos de primeros principios, a partir del método de ondas planas aumentadas y linealizadas en la versión de potencial completo (FP-LAPW) dentro de la aproximación de gradiente generalizado (GGA), estudiamos las propiedades estructurales y electrónicas del nitruro de escandio (ScN) en las estructuras cloruro de sodio (NaCl) y cloruro de cesio (CsCl). La estructura NaCl resulto ser la configuración más estable con parámetro de red a=4.514 Å y modulo de volumen B=197.06 GPa. Además, se presenta un mínimo local adicional en la estructura CsCl. Nuestros cálculos predicen una posible transición de fase estructural y electrónica de la fase NaCl (semiconductor indirecto) a la fase CsCl (metálica). Los cálculos de estructuras de bandas se realizaron dentro de la aproximación de Engel-Vosko (EV-GGA). Por otro lado, se calcularon las constantes elásticas del ScN.
