Cacat dominan pada body puckering berasal dari proses finishing press body yaitu salah satu proses finishing menggunakan mesin press otomatis. Pada proses pengepresan terdapat beberapa parameter yang berpengaruh, yaitu setting suhu, waktu, dan besar tekanan. Selain itu jenis kain yang akan dipres juga berpengaruh. Saat ini perusahaan belum mempunyai acuan setting mesin press tersebut, sehingga pekerja dalam melakukan proses press hanya berdasarkan intuisi saja. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan setting untuk proses finishing press body menggunakan mesin press otomatis yang tepat berdasarkan setting suhu, waktu vacuum dan besar tekanan pada proses finishing press body dengan metode eksperimen taguchi untuk membantu mengurangi jumlah cacat body puckering. Dari pengamatan dan wawancara disimpulkan bahwa faktor kontrol yang bisa dikendalikan yang mempengaruhi terjadinya cacat dari produk jaket yaitu faktor suhu 125°C dan 130°C, faktor waktu vacuum 15 detik dan 20 detik, dan besar tekanan 25Psi dan 15Psi. Eksperimen dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, yaitu eksperimen kondisi aktual, eksperimen usulan dan eksperimen konfirmasi. Setiap eksperimen dilakukan dengan 24 replika dan 600 produk. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh setting terbaik yaitu setting faktor suhu 125°C, setting waktu vacuum 15 detik dan setting besar tekanan 25 Psi dengan persentase cacat dari 5.89 % menjadi 1.67 % perhari.

Tujuan penelitian untuk merancang tata letak gudang penyimpanan box komponen menggunakan metode dedicated storage, untuk mengurangi waktu pencarian. Dedicated storage adalah cara mengatur tata letak Gudang untuk produk berdasarkan jumlah aktivitas keluar masuk di gudang dengan jarak tempuh terpendek terhadap I/O point (throughput). Rancangan tata letak gudang berguna untuk memudahkan operator dalam menyimpan dan mengambil produk sehingga aliran produk menjadi lancar. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data perbaikan layout, diperoleh waktu pencarian rata-rata 2,12 menit per box komponen. Waktu ini lebih cepat dari waktu pencarian sebelum dilakukan perbaikan layout yaitu rata-rata selama 12,12 menit per box komponen. Pada salah produknya yaitu kain 1455 biru tua terdapat 8 jenis cacat yaitu cacat pakan carang, pakan putus, pakan dobel, pakan kosong, pakan ngambang, lusi putus, lusi tegang dan lusi kendor. Berdasarkan identifikasi sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor mesin, yaitu cacat pakan putus, pakan kosong, pakan ngambang, lusi putus, dan lusi tegang. Salah satu mesin tenun yang digunakan merk Picanol GTX seri 22844 dengan 30 komponen. Komponen yang kritis karena sering mengalami kerusakan yaitu Dobby, Hamess Transmition, Leno Device, Harness Guiede, Take Up Motion, dan Bearing Beam. Selama 2017, mesin ini mengalami kerusakan sebanyak 36 kali dengan total downtime 16,22 Jam. PT. XYZ belum memiliki sistem perawatan yang terjadwal dengan baik, sehingga menyebabkan sering terjadinya kerusakan mesin dengan downtime yang tinggi. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai RULA menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas melepas tromol rem, aktifitas memasang tromol rem berbahaya dan perlu segera dilakukan perubahan sistem kerja. Nilai REBA pada aktivitas mengangkat tromol rem disimpulkan bahwa aktifitas ini beresiko level tinggi pada muskuloskeletal dan harus segera dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi resiko kerja. ABC is a textile company. This study aims to minimize downtime on the thermo-circulation dryer. This tool serves to dry samples of raw materials or fabrics that are tested in the PT. ABC. The method used is preventive maintenance with block replacement. The results of the calculation of the Thermo Circulation Dryer Inspection Schedule obtained comparative results, namely, In the initial condition the inspection frequency is 1 time per year with a downtime value of 0.391 days. Meanwhile, the result of the proposal is that 1.29 times a year inspection is carried out with an expectation of 0.303 days of downtime or 2.11 hours less. The results of the proposed preventive maintenance schedule for the Circulating Thermo Dryer are 1.29 times per 365 days or the equivalent of 2 times for one year.

Dunia pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami perubahan drastis dalam hal pembelajaran. Pada kondisi normal pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, saat pandemi seperti sekarang, semua dilaksanakan secara online. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat bertajuk pelatihan membuat buku ajar bagi guru-guuru SMA/K ini diselenggarakan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang cara membuat buku ajar untuk menunjang pembelajaran online. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Peserta yang hadir adalah guru-guru SMA/K di Bandung Raya. Kegiatan sudah berjalan sukses dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 43 guru. Kegiatan ini sangat membantu para guru dalam mempersiapkan buku ajar untuk pembelajaran online. Study on Dominant Factors in the Selection of Private Universities This research began with the p... more Study on Dominant Factors in the Selection of Private Universities This research began with the phenomenon of the closure of universities by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education in 2019, the cause of which was the lack of students. This is in contrast to the abundance and surplus of high school and vocational high school graduates. Based on research in several countries regarding the dominant factors that cause prospective students to choose certain private universities, this study also does the same thing in Indonesia, namely regarding the important factors that are the reasons students choose a college. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire derived from the marketing mix model. Respondents are active students in several universities in Greater Bandung. Data processing with factor analysis using SPSS 22 Software. The results of this study concluded that the dominant factors that are considered by prospective students to choose private universities, they are: (1) Marketing factors; (2) Learning place factors (classrooms, etc.); (3) Study program factors attractive and graduated on time; (4) Campus location factors; (5) Tuition fee factors; and (6) Lecturer ability factor. The results of this study can be used as a reference by prospective students in choosing a private university and for private universities it can be used as a reference in order to recruit new students.

One of them is by implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The application of customer relationship management (CRM) will have an impact on creating student satisfaction. The impact of student satisfaction is student loyalty to tertiary institution. An important part of student satisfaction is the quality of service. Quality of service will improve on all expectations of students. This will be mutually beneficial between private universities and their colleges. Student loyalty will determine the sustainability of private universities, and therefore must be maintained a good relationship with students by providing excellent service, so students become loyal. Simultaneous and partial customer relationship management (CRM) and service quality on student loyalty in private tertiary institutions in Bandung Indonesia. Research using survey and research methods using the associative method, research instruments using Likert scale and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The sample used was 126 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The result shows that customer relationship management (CRM) and simultaneous and partial service quality significantly influence student's loyalty.

Penelitian ini akan merancang alat bantu untuk, pemutaran tap yang tidak seimbang yang menyebabkan tingginya persentase cacat ulir bushing. Tahapan dalam merancang alat bantu dimulai dengan observasi awal, dilanjutkan proses pengumpulan data, proses merancang alat bantu menggunakan metode jig and fixture, melakukan simulai (monte carlo dan finite element method), dan proses terakhir menganalisis hasil perancangan alat bantu. PT HPPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector. The products produced includ... more PT HPPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector. The products produced include Automatic Transmission (ATM), Engine Valve (EV), Four Wheel Drive (4WD), and Stell Belt, which are marketed at home and abroad. In carrying out its production activities, PT HPPM has guidelines for controlling its products' quality to compete in the automotive industry, including ATM products with the MCVT (Medium Continuously Variable Transmission) model. The method used in the quality control analysis of this research is Six Sigma, a vision of quality improvement towards a target of 3,4 failures per million opportunities for every transaction of goods and services, Gasperz (2005). To apply the Six Sigma concept, a measurement method is needed to assist the implementation of Six Sigma in the company. There are five steps in this method's stages, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). There are four potential Critical To Quality (CTQ) that cause the product to become defective or fail in the MCVT model, namely NG Leak, NG Gata, NG Circlip, and NG OPC. The highest defect is NG Leak defect, 127 units with a percentage of 45.68% of the total number of defects produced-then followed by defects NG Gata with 79 units with a percentage of 28.42%. Meanwhile, another defect is NG Circlip, with 62 units with a percentage of 22.30%, then NG OPC as many as ten units with a percentage of 3.60%. By using the Six Sigma method and the DMAIC step (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), it can be seen that the quality of MCVT products in the Main Line 1 process is good, which is at the level of 4,876 sigma with 370 Defect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO). From the Define stage by mapping and identifying problems to find out the causes of defective products, the Measure Stage by calculating the stability of the poses using the SPC method to determine the Proportion, CL, UCL, and LCL and calculating the process capability to determine the sigma level value and the DPMO value. The Analyze stage identifies the source of the problem with the Fishbone Diagram, the Improve stage looks for solutions using the 5W1H method, then Control to maintain and maintain process improvements. The results showed a decrease in the DPMO value from 383 units to 370 and an increase in the sigma level value from 4,868 to 4,876. This shows that the company has been able to implement a good quality control system.

PT. Agronesia Inkaba adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), yang bergerak di industri karet. PT.... more PT. Agronesia Inkaba adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), yang bergerak di industri karet. PT. Agronesia Inkaba sering mengalami permasalahan breakdown mesin yang tinggi pada mesin utama yaitu kneader KD-75-150D. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diketahui downtime yang terjadi pada mesin kneader KD 75-150D selama tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar 152,26 jam dengan jumlah kerusakan sebanyak 29 kali dengan total kerugian sebesar Rp. 105.352.184. Identifikasi masalah dilakukan dengan metode menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Berdasarkan hasil nilai RPN tertinggi diperoleh 3 komponen kritis yaitu Seal Packing, Bearing, Belt. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjadwalkan preventive maintenance ketiga komponen kritis tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jadwal interval pergantian komponen yaitu age replacement dan group replacement untuk meminimasi. Setelah melakukan kebijakan preventive maintenance menggunakan age replacement terjadi penurunan downtime menjadi 79,8 jam. Waktu pergantian untuk setiap komponennya adalah 28 hari seal packing, bearing 38 hari dan belt 41 hari. Untuk metode group replacement menghasilkan interval waktu pergantian setiap 34 hari sekali dengan total pergantian sebanyak 10 kali dalam 1 tahun dengan total downtime 76,8 jam pertahun. Total biaya corrective maintenance sebesar Rp. 80.730.998 per tahun, sedangkan biaya penggantian preventive maintenance menggunakan age replacement sebesar Rp. 66.177.601 pertahun dan menggunakan group replacement sebesar Rp. 65.603.670 per tahun. Dengan demikian group replacement dinilai lebih efisien dan dapat mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melalukan pergantian komponen yang rusak karena pergantian dilakukan secara bersamaan.

Pada salah produknya yaitu kain 1455 biru tua terdapat 8 jenis cacat yaitu cacat pakan carang, pakan putus, pakan dobel, pakan kosong, pakan ngambang, lusi putus, lusi tegang dan lusi kendor. Berdasarkan identifikasi sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor mesin, yaitu cacat pakan putus, pakan kosong, pakan ngambang, lusi putus, dan lusi tegang. Salah satu mesin tenun yang digunakan merk Picanol GTX seri 22844 dengan 30 komponen. Komponen yang kritis karena sering mengalami kerusakan yaitu Dobby, Hamess Transmition, Leno Device, Harness Guiede, Take Up Motion, dan Bearing Beam. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai RULA menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas melepas tromol rem, aktifitas memasang tromol rem berbahaya dan perlu segera dilakukan perubahan sistem kerja. Nilai REBA pada aktivitas mengangkat tromol rem disimpulkan bahwa aktifitas ini beresiko level tinggi pada muskuloskeletal dan harus segera dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi resiko kerja. ABC is a textile company. This study aims to minimize downtime on the thermo-circulation dryer. This tool serves to dry samples of raw materials or fabrics that are tested in the PT. ABC. The method used is preventive maintenance with block replacement. The results of the calculation of the Thermo Circulation Dryer Inspection Schedule obtained comparative results, namely, In the initial condition the inspection frequency is 1 time per year with a downtime value of 0.391 days. Meanwhile, the result of the proposal is that 1.29 times a year inspection is carried out with an expectation of 0.303 days of downtime or 2.11 hours less. The results of the proposed preventive maintenance schedule for the Circulating Thermo Dryer are 1.29 times per 365 days or the equivalent of 2 times for one year.

This is in contrast to the abundance and surplus of high school and vocational high school graduates. Based on research in several countries regarding the dominant factors that cause prospective students to choose certain private universities, this study also does the same thing in Indonesia, namely regarding the important factors that are the reasons students choose a college. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire derived from the marketing mix model. Respondents are active students in several universities in Greater Bandung. Data processing with factor analysis using SPSS 22 Software. The results of this study concluded that the dominant factors that are considered by prospective students to choose private universities, they are: (1) Marketing factors; (2) Learning place factors (classrooms, etc.); (3) Study program factors attractive and graduated on time; (4) Campus location factors; (5) Tuition fee factors; and (6) Lecturer ability factor. The results of this study can be used as a reference by prospective students in choosing a private university and for private universities it can be used as a reference in order to recruit new students.

One of them is by implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The application of customer relationship management (CRM) will have an impact on creating student satisfaction. The impact of student satisfaction is student loyalty to tertiary institution. An important part of student satisfaction is the quality of service. Quality of service will improve on all expectations of students. This will be mutually beneficial between private universities and their colleges. Student loyalty will determine the sustainability of private universities, and therefore must be maintained a good relationship with students by providing excellent service, so students become loyal. Simultaneous and partial customer relationship management (CRM) and service quality on student loyalty in private tertiary institutions in Bandung Indonesia. Research using survey and research methods using the associative method, research instruments using Likert scale and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The sample used was 126 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The result shows that customer relationship management (CRM) and simultaneous and partial service quality significantly influence student's loyalty.

PT HPPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector. The products produced includ... more PT HPPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector. The products produced include Automatic Transmission (ATM), Engine Valve (EV), Four Wheel Drive (4WD), and Stell Belt, which are marketed at home and abroad. In carrying out its production activities, PT HPPM has guidelines for controlling its products' quality to compete in the automotive industry, including ATM products with the MCVT (Medium Continuously Variable Transmission) model. The method used in the quality control analysis of this research is Six Sigma, a vision of quality improvement towards a target of 3,4 failures per million opportunities for every transaction of goods and services, Gasperz (2005). To apply the Six Sigma concept, a measurement method is needed to assist the implementation of Six Sigma in the company. There are five steps in this method's stages, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). There are four potential Critical To Quality (CTQ) that cause the product to become defective or fail in the MCVT model, namely NG Leak, NG Gata, NG Circlip, and NG OPC. The highest defect is NG Leak defect, 127 units with a percentage of 45.68% of the total number of defects produced-then followed by defects NG Gata with 79 units with a percentage of 28.42%. Meanwhile, another defect is NG Circlip, with 62 units with a percentage of 22.30%, then NG OPC as many as ten units with a percentage of 3.60%. By using the Six Sigma method and the DMAIC step (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), it can be seen that the quality of MCVT products in the Main Line 1 process is good, which is at the level of 4,876 sigma with 370 Defect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO). From the Define stage by mapping and identifying problems to find out the causes of defective products, the Measure Stage by calculating the stability of the poses using the SPC method to determine the Proportion, CL, UCL, and LCL and calculating the process capability to determine the sigma level value and the DPMO value. The Analyze stage identifies the source of the problem with the Fishbone Diagram, the Improve stage looks for solutions using the 5W1H method, then Control to maintain and maintain process improvements. The results showed a decrease in the DPMO value from 383 units to 370 and an increase in the sigma level value from 4,868 to 4,876. This shows that the company has been able to implement a good quality control system.

PT. Agronesia Inkaba adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), yang bergerak di industri karet. PT.... more PT. Agronesia Inkaba adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), yang bergerak di industri karet. PT. Agronesia Inkaba sering mengalami permasalahan breakdown mesin yang tinggi pada mesin utama yaitu kneader KD-75-150D. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diketahui downtime yang terjadi pada mesin kneader KD 75-150D selama tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar 152,26 jam dengan jumlah kerusakan sebanyak 29 kali dengan total kerugian sebesar Rp. 105.352.184. Identifikasi masalah dilakukan dengan metode menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Berdasarkan hasil nilai RPN tertinggi diperoleh 3 komponen kritis yaitu Seal Packing, Bearing, Belt. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjadwalkan preventive maintenance ketiga komponen kritis tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jadwal interval pergantian komponen yaitu age replacement dan group replacement untuk meminimasi. Setelah melakukan kebijakan preventive maintenance menggunakan age replacement terjadi penurunan downtime menjadi 79,8 jam. Waktu pergantian untuk setiap komponennya adalah 28 hari seal packing, bearing 38 hari dan belt 41 hari. Untuk metode group replacement menghasilkan interval waktu pergantian setiap 34 hari sekali dengan total pergantian sebanyak 10 kali dalam 1 tahun dengan total downtime 76,8 jam pertahun. Total biaya corrective maintenance sebesar Rp. 80.730.998 per tahun, sedangkan biaya penggantian preventive maintenance menggunakan age replacement sebesar Rp. 66.177.601 pertahun dan menggunakan group replacement sebesar Rp. 65.603.670 per tahun. Dengan demikian group replacement dinilai lebih efisien dan dapat mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melalukan pergantian komponen yang rusak karena pergantian dilakukan secara bersamaan.
